Very pleased with the results. Layton came out and an evening to inspect the roof/ chimney, two days later it's been repaired and very happy with the results. Very professional and polite all throughout. Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be using them again in the future if needed. Thanks again for your service.
Excellent, speedy customer service with great communication and did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it! Highly recommended. Respond within 24 hours of initial enquiry (unlike many!), diagnosed and explained issues with evidence/photos and fair price. Incredibly hard workers: full reroof done within 2 days. Tidy, considerate and with "work in progress" photos and regular updates. Scaffolding was slow to be removed but, as this was a third party , this does not reflect on ERH. Corey & the team certainly know what good customer service is. A pleasure to work with.
After having received a prompt response to my flat roof repair a leak has returned. I am unable to get them to reply to my calls, voice messages or Email. So much for the 10 year guarantee ! Extremely disappointed.
