Booking through Erentals was very fast nad easy. I have received all of Essential paperwork in seconds onto my email. Very reliable page and great customer service. Much recommended.

Great customer service, great value and easy pick up/drop off

I got exactly what I asked for with no surprise extra charges on collection of my car. It was the best price I could find as well.

I have never received the voucher for the car hire and when looking at your site to contact you in order to get it I could only find a postal address. which was useless as I was in Greece at the time and needed to pick my car up within a couple of hours. It appears the car rental company were used to this so if you don't send them out then why say you do. I wasted time and potentially money trying to get this sorted and for this reason and the lack of contact information I would not use you again

Easy pickup and drop off, very comfortable car, we were upgraded at no extra cost.

I did walk 30 minutes to the car rental place and customer service on hiring was excellent. on returning the car I was taken a little aback when the recipient staff member said I'd be liable for a deep cleaning charge due to the child's shoe had brought in a little sandy dried mud. Yes, a little sandy and dry mud, I would be on his side if there was heavy mud dirtying the seats and carpets, but I was astonished. I smiled and he was reasonably polite if deliberately initimidating. Luckily mediatation comes in useful at moments like this, to calm me and not trigger me into defensive fight back mode. Driving for 3 weeks with two young kids through family occasions they don't want to be at ischallenging enough, I'd hand swept the car once already. I would've accepted a justified comment I felt he was out of order.

Great value for money vehicle. Upgraded our car to a larger SUV when the customer service rep. saw how much luggage we had. The only negative was that although our vehicle came with a spare wheel (there was a space for a spare), it was removed. This removes peace of mind when travelling long distances. Suggest leaving the spare in place with a note along the lines of "You are responsible for any damage caused by incorrect fitting of this spare" attached to the spare wheel.

Absolutely no problems on picking and dropping the car off....great costumer service. A very good experience all round...I would recommend anyone using Erentals

Pick-up at Heathrow was a little frustrating as instructions on how and where to go were unclear. The office was very busy and the registration process was quite long. I did however receive an upgrade which was fantastic.

Easy to book, helpful staff, good car, good value. I was offered an upgrade when I picked up the car. I've been stung badly in this way (complicated extra fees) by other rental companies in the past, when I've been at a low ebb after a long flight, so was doubtful... However; the deal seemed good, I did go for it, and ended up with no regrets and glad I took the offer!

Best value I could find at short notice. Sight ok to use. Careful with hidden extras like cost to drop car at different pick up site which is paid at the rental office but implied this was on booking and was more than erentals quoted.

It would have been helpful to have known that I should look for a Europcar office to pick up the car. Also that Unit 1 9 Dereham Road was behind a garage. I walked along Dereham Road and there was no sign of 9 Dereham Road. I walked to the end of the road and then went back to Europcar (there was a sign pointing to Europcar) to ask for instructions to where I should pick up my erental car. This confusion could have been avoided.
The VW Polo was a good, clean car and the service was good.

They are unreachable through their website, they did not give me the name of the supplier I should find at the airport, so I had to rent another car from a different company. I have reported Erentals.co.uk to the Better Business Bureau as a scam business.
