FRAUDSTER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS,

Just like everyone else I was conned by Jason Beanland at Equi-Paws. I reported it to Action Fraud and included a link to this thread. They responded telling me "there are insufficient viable lines of inquiry for a successful criminal investigation at this time". So everyone else, PLEASE REPORT HIM TO ACTION FRAUD too. If they get enough complaints, they might do something about him. I found a thread on Horse and Hounds that showed that he has been doing this since 2011 (hIS company was called Tack Up) at that time. HE MUST BE STOPPED.

Fraudsters!!!!!!!!

I have been caught out too, my order not received and says awaiting payment although my payment was taken straight away. Three emails later and no response! I really cannot believe they are still operating and stealing from how many people daily! This company needs to be stopped immediately but how? I see many people have reported to police and trading standards so why on earth are they still stealing? FUMING!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company

I should have read the reviews before buying from this company but sadly this is the first time I have been scammed online. They have failed to reply to my emails asking for an update on my order and I'm not holding out any hope of ever receiving it. Lesson learnt - do a bit of research before ordering :(

I've been scammed by Equi-Paws!

After complaining about delayed delivery three times, I decided to google the company and discovered many people have been in a similar position. I have only been waiting for my good for about 3 weeks, but it appears that others have waited for months. I will aim to get my money back from the bank. How can this website still be in operation? Surely there are enough complaints to warrant it closing down?

Do not be tempted by this company's prices, you WILL be ripped off.

I placed an order for 4 bags of dog food on October 11th and my debit card was charged immediately.
Order status shown as "awaiting fulfilment" ever since, have e-mailed and queried the reason for the delay with no response. Further e-mails sent asking for goods to be delivered or money refunded again no response.
Have now been in touch with my bank to get my money back, waiting for the forms to arrive to enable this to happen.
Those of you who have paid with a credit card are unfortunately only covered by section 75 if your purchase was over £100.
However there is still a way to get your money back if you paid less than £100 with a credit card or any amount with a debit card.
Chargeback is a little known scheme which gives you a chance of getting your money back from your bank if you bought faulty goods, a service wasn't provided, or the company you bought something from went bust and your goods weren't delivered.
It works in a similar way to Section 75, but while Section 75 only works for credit card purchases over £100, and other credit agreements, chargeback works on all Visa & MasterCard debit cards, and also American Express, Electron & prepaid cards.
This is part of the internal rules of Visa, MasterCard and Amex and NOT a legal requirement which section 75 is.
You must complain to your bank/card provider within 120 days of the purchase, and ask to dispute the transaction.

SCAM SITE - REPORT IF YOU ARE A VICTIM!

I have reported this site to Action Fraud, Trading Standards and the Bank (as well as Watchdog and X-Ray for good measure). So annoyed to see that this fraudster has been getting away with this since at least 2010! Please report this to Action Fraud if you can (you can do it anonymously if you feel the need). This guy needs to be stopped, and should not be allowed to trade or have a limited company!

I bought 2 sacks of animal bedding from Equi-Paws.co.uk and I never received it as many people here have said, and I never received anything back from my contact with them. It wasn't until I googled them that I realised I'd been a victim of fraud.

Google Jason Beanland and you'll see he's been doing this for years.

EQUI-PAWS BIGGEST SCAM EVER

Ordered goods in March this year and still waiting. Cancelled the order in April and still waiting on a refund, have wrote several letters both to the alleged company and directly to the so called Jason Beanland but surprise surprise have not had a response. I have also reported them to CAB. I am not giving up on getting my money back. If anyone has any advise would be gratefull, only problem is I stay in Scotland so law is different from England.

COMPLETE FRAUD

I bought from these nearly 2 months ago - still not received my order. Could only contact them via contact form, which I did several times and not had any reply.

The order status says 'Awaiting Fulfillment'.

How can they be getting away with this??

SCAM SITE! DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE C**TS!!

I ordered £30 worth of stuff on 3rd Sept 14 but they did not deliver or answer to any enquiries. Unfortunately, it was only after that I realised this site was a scam and had been trading under various names before (connected to the fraudster Jason Beanland).

I got an email on 8th Oct 14 claiming that the courier company they use was dodgy and not delivering items but saying they had been delivered. They offered a refund or delivery of the item and I asked for a refund. Needless to say, they have not replied neither given me any refund so they are just delaying and f**king us around. Fortunately, I only ordered £30 worth of stuff and despite being extremely internet savvy and careful, I was duped for the 1st time in 18yrs of using the net. They pay to have their ads on Google Shopping so they may look legit but as many others on there, they are not and Google doesn't curate the results either to protect us. I took a risk and it didn't pay off.

I highly recommend that if you are not sure about a site then you come on a site like TrustPilot to see their reviews or Google them and then make your decision. If they do not have an entry anywhere OR have no contact details other than a form (like Equi-Paws) then this is a HUGE warning sign to STAY AWAY!!
