I bought an Epson projector Epson EH-LS800W 4K UHD laser TV. I cannot watch Netflix on it. Contacted support, they promised to solve the problem, but it’s been a month, haven’t heard a word from them. I’m writing this review so that someone contact me and make it possible to watch Netflix on this 3000 euro projector.

Epson is the worst printer in the market please avoid it.
I personally have two in recent years , neither lasted for more than 1000prints. Its faulty firmware just poops out error messages for no reasons on genuine cartridge ink. This is a buggy printer company avoid at all costs.

High quality but expensive ink and no ability to change language settings for Epson computer software
I have an Epson XP-7100 printer. The printer quality is great, and it's wonderful to be able to print high quality photos directly from my phone. But I am not sure I would recommend this printer for two reasons: first, there is no way to stop the printer from using colored ink when printing in black and white, so this printer seems to gulp down incredibly expensive ink when printing just a normal document for work. And second, and most frustrating, there is no way to download Epson Connect (the computer software that goes with the printer) in English when I am based in the Netherlands. I contacted Epson months ago but never received an answer. My Dutch is ok, but I would much rather have the possibility to change the language settings based on my preferences rather than being locked in to doing everything in Dutch just because my IP address is in the Netherlands.

EPSON customer service is really the worst i have experienced as a business customer. Placed and order for replacement and received no shipping information or tracking number. Tried several time to call the customer service line but no answer. Although the products are excellent the support is so bad.
