I would leave a 3.5 if I could, but well... 4 it is I feel like a 3 is too harsh, but let me explain...
the search engine is the WORST, for me finding the right music is really important, you have a set feel a style in your head that fits with the video you're working on! So finding the right music matters to tell a story! To advance in your narrative, to bring support! But... Epidemicsound is horrible in their search engine. Look for dreamy, you will get several hard up beat songs, look for calmness the same, music that doesn't relate to it at all! Even if you use the tags it still has sooooo much music that doesn't fit that description at all! I sometimes search for hours to find the right track because there search engine is simply horrible!
I have found some good music that fits whatever i need and this is why I am not giving it that 3, but man does it take ages. FIX your damn search engine! I cannot begin to describe how painful it is to find the right music!

Great service overall.

The music library is excellent and easy to use, and I've had no issues with it at all.

When I forgot to cancel my subscription in time (completely my own fault), their support team refunded me without any hassle or extra questions asked. Fast, understanding, and genuinely helpful customer service on top of a solid product.

I sent an urgent request over 48 hours ago and yet to hear anything. Have a pro account and emergency questions about a track relative to an impending deadline. Sent requests via form and email. Nothing. It's the first time I've ever contacted support in two years of use and disappointed how slow things are considering.

Along with loads of music tracks and sound effects, epidemic sound has impressed me with their AI features, especially Voices and Studio. Helpful and responsive customer support as well. I drop a message on Instagram and recieve a reply within 24 hours.

Great service and platform, with flexibility. I had subscribed as a business, but when I mentioned that my channel is still small and iam trying to grow they immediately canceled my larger business bill and offered me a creator bill which suits my channel for me to grow first.They are all about great service and customer satisfaction first

Amazing service, their sound library is very extensive so you’ll almost always find a sound that fits your need. Customer service is also top-tier, got an answer in less than 5 minutes regarding a problem with my subscription!

Customer support was fast, attentive to our needs, and resolved my issue easily.

Ok I will start with the good points.
Good music selection and quick to sign up and download track for commercial use.
Now the Bad points.
Reoccurring payments to maintain the music used on content.
Impossible to directly cancel the contract.
No transparent communication to reach out to customer service.
I initially downloaded About 10 tracks to use.
But when I realised that I have to keep paying every month .
I realised that I was paying way too much for this service.
If they made it easier to cancel contract and refund then that would be fair.
Over all it appears that most people have a good experience with them
But I found it difficult to stop payments so I’d warn against using them.
I now signed up to 11 labs and with little effort I can generate my own music which I own and can resell on the same platform .
So I’d recommend generating your own tracks and forget making reoccurring payments for AI generated music. QED.
