Epidemic Sound Customer Service was very quick and expertly precise. I had no trouble navigating through what I needed to know. There was no skimping on information that they gave me. In a very busy time, I was very relieved and much gratified by how quickly and precisely they responded to my queries.

The music artists on the actual site are very good too. Best I've come across so far in my video creation days.

They take way too long to reply to emails.

I've been an Epidemic Sound subscriber for quite some time and recently noticed that my account was still on an older legacy pricing tier, while new Creator subscriptions in India were available at a much lower price.

I contacted support simply to ask for clarification. The response was excellent. Daimler from the support team quickly investigated the issue, confirmed that I was on a legacy plan, manually migrated my account to the new pricing structure, ensured that my YouTube channel and previously licensed videos remained fully protected throughout the process, and even arranged refunds for the amount I had been overcharged.

The entire experience was professional, transparent, and surprisingly fast. Every question was answered clearly, and the support team went above and beyond what I expected.

I've been very happy with Epidemic Sound's music library, but this experience showed that their customer service is just as impressive. Highly recommended.
