No communication - no response to e mails, NO delivery in time frame advertised - Seems like this company has ceased trading but web site still up and running and taking peoples money... SCAM WARNING

Ordered a print 4 weeks ago - chased up and was told they would look into it - two more follow up emails, without replies. They have over £100 of our money, they do not respond to any communication and despite repeated requests have not refunded us - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

So, before writing this review, I wanted to give them a go as I wanted to understand what was happening.
Reading the bad reviews below, I thought they ran out of business as most of the unsatisfied customers were posting around November. I placed the order around the 6th of December and realised I put the wrong address on my shipping details therefore I sent them an email to correct it. They had actually replied the same day hence I thought they weren’t a scam or out of business.
I was wrong! 20 days later and after writing them twice, no answer whatsoever and no refund chances either.
This is going legal now.

Ordered a canvas print over two weeks ago. Did not arrive and no response to emails or messages. The company is a scam. Don't get drawn in!! Beware.

I think these people have gone out of business but kept their website running to scam some extra money. We purchased 2 canvas at a total of £160 - promised they would send and refund one of them...neither received, no refunds and no response !

Avoid - do not purchase from here.

Ordered 2 items on the 20th of November and I've received nothing from them since. No response to my emails or live chat. I will ask for a refund next which I assume will be ignored too. Terrible experience so far. Seems like a scam so AVOID!

I’m not saying this company are scamming people, Here my experience I placed an order on the 22nd November it state’s 2-3 days for shipping after 10 days I tried to contact them through different means no reply. I’m very disappointed this was a Xmas present. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. I have now gone to my credit card company to claim my money back. If things change I will update the review.

Ordered 21st October 2022, ref 3813 money taken 24th October 2022, to date NOTHING , no replies to 3 emails and online chat .... Seems has just disappeared .. AVOID 100% .... Supported small business and got scammed .... If changes I will update

SCAM! Don’t use. Waited 10 days for my item and nothing. Can’t track it and can’t get hold of no one! Email won’t work! What a waste of £40!

My husband ordered a canvas on 20th October costing over £100 it has never arrived. I have used tracking it continuously says waiting fulfilment,we have used the chats on the website and emailed 2 different addresses. I definitely would NOT recommend but if I get the canvas or an answer I will update this review accordingly.

I always try to buy from small businesses where possible as I find you get a much better service from them rather than large corporate organisations. I definitely wasn't disappointed. Excellent customer service when my order appeared to go missing at the courier depot. I could see from the tracking that the courier had the item but it wasn't moving. I contacted Epic Canvas to ask if they could look into it. They responded almost immediately offering assistance. The order was then delivered the next day. No idea what the delay was but it all got resolved in the end. When I saw the canvas it was more than worth the delay. More than happy to recommend

F1 canvas was amazing! I chose a 24 x 46 inch panoramic frame and was glad I did. It looks awesome on my wall. Good solid frame and stretched perfectly. Packed well for transit and tracking was provided. Took around 2-3 days to come and was in excellent condition when it arrived. I had no need to contact Epic Canvas so can't review customer service. All in all a good buy.

Great experience with Epic Canvas. I ordered a custom canvas and they went out of their way to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it. Very quick reply to my messages and even contacted me after I had received it to make sure that I was happy. I have zero complaints about anything and would be happy to deal with them again.
