My son has been on this for days while loosing work.
After the normal questionaire, you then need to upload 8 videos which their server couldnt handle, so they said to download firefox.... Why??.
Wont give you your fifty bucks back cause you're more than half way thru.
Not waisting any more time with this automated online crap. Going to Bluedog training where they do a video conference call instead and no video upload, where we shouldve gone in the begining.

The course I am currently taking is absolutely fine for me, I have a degree already so I understand the language being used. However some might not understand the scientific language and the course states that you only need a basic GCSE to get onto the course. There's also a huge design fault that I wonder if anyone else is having trouble with, the writing on the slides is a very light grey but the background is white. I literally cannot seee what anything says.

It has taken over a month to get my VIC RSA with this company and I still don't have it. You have to complete a massive quiz that although is very simple, takes a lot of time to read through everything.

Then theres the video answers. After recording them you have to wait three days for them to mark your answers and you don't receive any notification on when this happens. You just have to keep checking. I had to redo two answers that seriously I had included the information that they said were missing in other questions under the same part. Some parts have 2/3 questions with really, very similar answers. So once I noticed the marking under the questions, I redid the questions. Then waited another 3 days.

I was excited to finally see that I had completed all the steps explained today and so I paid the fee. But this is what is not explained at all....after you have completed all the steps eot send you a 'statement of achievement' NOT an RSA. Then you have to apply to do some other test with RSAVCGG online. I have submitted an application to do this and now it says I will have to wait a further 3-5 working days to do yet another test.

Honestly, If you can get down to a training centre just do it in a day. There is nothing express about this training and I have had to turn down work due to the delay.

To any teacher, parent or young Aussie adult looking to get training through eot I’d advise that you do your research with the competitors and go elsewhere

I have dealt with eot for 4 different courses and had to pay 6 times, I only completed two.

The whole experience was jarring and unpleasant, I used about 2% of the information provided in these courses in the 4 years I was a barman and if you don’t complete these tedious tasks they give you in a certain amount of days they will restart the whole course and charge you again

The asking price is nearly quadruple the closest competitor I found out later which also includes additional fees since it requires you to purchase equipment that may be provided to you by your employer. I tried the white card course and didn’t know I had to buy things like that and failed the class. They then wanted me to purchase another online class for the full price of the whole course when I hadn’t seen anything about the course yet (that’s $250 each

The truth about eot is that they will put in big bold words on their website that you won’t have to pay until you complete the course and then charge you the second you put your details in and encourage you to fail. Asking for a refund is out of the question because they’ll refuse and quote the fine print

Absolutely a sham business! Don't use them! Instructors are deliberately trying to make you fail by rushing you through your course threatening to end your class at any stage. Be aware!!! These clowns will be dealt with. you can hide in Cronulla all you want.

A total scam, poor support. I had to google to find the service number. The assignment review takes a lot to time ( so that people have to spend extra money for the service which was supposed to not needed at all) . A total lose of money.
Before you regret, stay away from this site.

Their 'free' theory test is okay, but everything after the paywall sucks!
Some of their questions are worded in a way that results in multiple answers being theoretically correct.
Their website is poor, the video submission does not work on any of the main browsers regardless of settings, they have also included an example of a hazard that is the question's photo, quite annoying for answering the question when you cant use that hazard.
I also feel as though they have broken down the questions too much.

I'm very frustrated that i gave them money, wishing i skipped all the bull**** and went for an in-person test.

Scam , clearly paid for they’re good reviews , they’re currently in court for thier online courses

they dont send rsa soft certification after finishing the course. They spent few days for it. That is not normal

I completed the course online, after days of online training and told I was successful. So I'm told to provide a review pay for the course to get my certificate. Once I did that, they then tell me I have to do 2 more modules by video, and their platform does not work and is not compatible with any internet browser, Google chrome, IE or Firefox. No phone number or email... just waiting for someone to contact me after I submitted a support ticket.

The course itself online was really good, lots of information, time consuming but good way to learn if unable to go in to the main learning centre. Unfortunately when I called to speak to someone to give my answers for the questions I had the rudest, most patronising horrible man on the phone, he completely belittled me and made me feel stupid. Clearly he has some issues in his personal life which he thought he could take out on a young woman. I’m sure this company is great but they need to review their staff phone call assessments to see how disgusting this man is to customers. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but I’m sure I’m not the first person he’s spoken to like this.

The same as everybody. It's a scam. Look for another option, there are good ones where you can get the RSA the same day.

Read lots of reviews that this place is dodgy and wants you to pay the extra money to pass low and behold got an email at 2:28am Sunday 22 of October that an unknown error has occurred and I need to resubmit my assessments so I guess they truly are scammers DO NOT waste your time or money with these scum bags I thought that maybe some of these reviews weren't true and that the company was legit turns out they are just out to steal people's money and due to all this I am unable to start a new job that wants me tomorrow I have now reported this to the ombudsman and will be taking further action against the company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

About a week ago, I had began to think this website was just some sort of money grab. After reading the reviews here today, I'm finding that I'm in the same predicament as the many who have already left a review here.

I liked the idea of not paying until the course is complete. Who doesn't like that? But that's where the good stops.

I'm now 3 weeks into doing a *simple* RSA and resubmitting audio/video 2 extra times now as they find the *tiniest* thing to nit-pick about to put you right back into the waiting boat. All in the hopes you pay the extra for "priority service". Remember, get one thing "wrong", wait the 3-7 days to have it looked at again. Do another thing "wrong"? Well you best wait 3-7 days more. Rinse and repeat.

Take no note of 1-3 business days. It's 3-7.

I thought I was at the end now, until I've read (here) there's also a phone call assessment after the 165 questions, the self assessment and the audio/video questions which apparently is impossible to do (can't get an appointment) unless you're willing to fork out more money (i am not and will not especially after the experience so far). That makes it *way* above market value.

Absolutely disgraceful. I could have been working by now as I've lined something up. The flooding this year means shortage of work at my usual job.

You guys have destroyed my quality of life for being the money grabbing sham that you are, making people wait like this. This is an RSA, not spaceship engineering.

Also, don't make people review your terrible service until it is 100% complete, not 20%. Although now I see why you are doing this.

Finished my course but they stuffed it up now I'm without a white card for god knows how long already been 2 days and I've money because I should have been working the last 2 days

They are clear scammers. Don’t Don’t pleaseDon’t enrol in their white course and other courses. You ‘ll end up wasting time and money for sure. I have wasted my 31 dollars with EOT already.

Go to Physical class for white card and attend it for 6 hours and get the white card.

A few years ago I attempted to complete an RSA course with these people online. I paid my money, then there were endless tests, then some more, then finally when I thought I was getting to the next step, I had to prove my residency.
I have been here over 20 years AND already had an USI, but somehow their system did not recognise either and sent me into endless loops that I could not escape, my contact efforts remained fruitless as these people don't even have an email address that they make public. And I got no reponses to me filling in their contact forms.
There was just no way out of this trap, so I did the same course again locally with a reputable provider with no issues.
Now suddenly, after me complaining and ranting and writing scathing Google reviews (which no longer seem to the there for this business. How convenient.) I am getting a discount code and advertising spam. YEARS later. The last thing I would do is give these dodgy operators any more of my money. Disgusting that they felt they should even keep my details.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear.

The experience that we had was not positive and we found it very difficult to communicate directly. No service delivered and caught in the detail of the t&c. After further research there are a number of other companies that we could have selected.
I would not recommend this company.

Staff discriminate agaisnt Deaf people and refuse to allow Sign Language interpreter in their course.
This is their email
"We will not permit the use of a translator in the class for the reasons outlined previously. Please note that if any learner attempts to use unapproved external assistance, such as a translator or interpreter, in the class they will be removed from the class immediately.

Our previous proposal still stands: that you have the option to undertake the class without a translator or to receive a full refund for the course. "

Regarding their reply below- confirms their ignorance. As hundreds of Deaf people have white cards in Australia. The course in online there is no excuse and reason an interpreter can't join, interpretes do this all the time. There is no regulation that states Deaf people cannot use an interpreter for test or assessments like this as that would be blatant discrimination. How do you think Deaf people- like the student in this case, owns their own business if they can't use interpreters? Embarrassingly ignorant.
