We ordered a polo shirt, it was great quality and felt so soft. Unfortunately it didn’t fit, we hadn’t checked the size guide. We were also given different options on returns and refunds. We opted for a refund.we received it really soon after requesting that option. Customer services were excellent. Great service

These are the best fitting polo shirts i have ever bought. I took advantage of the generous offer and bought 4 shirts. They arrived just over a week after ordering and my first impression was Wow! The feel and quality is great and they are very stylish. I will definitely be back for more.

Tracking of my order was detailed and informed me where my shipment was, unlike some other companies. The order arrived within 7 days and the quality of the Soffice Polo shirts I ordered are great. The recipient of them is hard to please sometimes with clothing, but he was extremely happy with them including the quality and fit.

Very pleased with the quality, colour and feel of the Polo Shirt. I ordered a large, which is my normal sizing, but perhaps should have chosen Medium. I did feel that delivery was longer than expected but I was kept informed at each stage so kept relaxed about it. I am a little concerned about the cleaning of the garment required delicate treatment. I normally just throw clothes either in the white or darks wash so this may be a challenge for me.
The material is very soft and lightweight but feels good quality.

I wasn’t happy when I saw it’s coming from china but when I received the product I immediately loved the look and feel of it!

My husband loved both the tops I got him. Very impressed, we are going away to a hot country so thought these would be great and light to pack.

The polos look great on website but what I received seemed bit inferior. V odd that labels sewn in did not have the brand name. Just a M for size and washing instructions. They dont seem good quality for what they cost Have asked to return them but no response yet. I'm expecting returns process to be v lengthy and will cost me in shipping.

BEWARE! ANOTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SCAM! Ordered an XS Soffice which was massive (likely at least a M or L - no size on the t shirt) They offered to give me a discount if I paid for shipping to send back to the US or credit of the same value with a code to apply to my next purchase. The code hasn't worked. Now waiting to hear back. I'll update my rating if it gets sorted.

Received an email from company to give them a review. The shirt I purchased had some issues but I was not going to leave a review and just donate the shirt, but they asked for feedback before you give a bad review. I thought I would do the right thing and give my honest feedback (see my feedback below) but they never responded back to me. Oh well!
