When I received the shirts they ran…

When I received the shirts they ran larger than I expected and I asked to exchange them. It was suggested that instead of returning the shirts that they just send out replacement shirts for a small shipping fee to expedite everything and that is something that just resonated with me and appreciate it.

First time buyer

I ordered a shirt to check out the look and quality. All was as advertised. Not crazy about hand washing but understand to ensure the shirt maintains its great feel.A small price to pay for a really great shirt. I will be ordering more.

The product is great

The product is great, however the time between purchase and delivery is a bit long. I ordered and then received shipping notification however product wasn't delivered until 10 days later.

Tee shirt length.Everything really good to be fair

Everything really good to be fair, the only thing that spoils it for me is at 5'8" tall the tee shirts are about 100mm too long to look and feel right, I know you are catering for all such as people who are 6'5" tall but if you had two options on length you would be offering a better fit and have more chance of building customer loyalty, keeping existing customers is easier and cheaper than gaining new, also a repeat customer is most likely to recommend !

I bought these tops for my partner

I bought these tops for my partner, particularly because we are travelling to Vietnam shortly, as I thought they looked like they will be cool. He is super happy with them, especially as he doesn’t need to iron them and they look really nice on.
