The worst insurance experience I've ever had
Being insured through my company, I have to deal with them, and it is quite an adventure. You can't do anything other than submit claims and get your card through their website/app. Even then, there is no way to follow your claims; they just send you emails.
Whenever you have a problem, you need to book a call with an assistant at least 4 days in advance. When you finally get to the call, they can't actually do anything and just tell you to email their services.
Emails take 3 weeks to be answered, only to finally tell you that you're missing a specific paper. Once you send it, they take another 3 weeks to respond. It’s shameful in 2025 to provide this kind of "artisanal" service
