The worst insurance experience I've ever had

Being insured through my company, I have to deal with them, and it is quite an adventure. You can't do anything other than submit claims and get your card through their website/app. Even then, there is no way to follow your claims; they just send you emails.
​Whenever you have a problem, you need to book a call with an assistant at least 4 days in advance. When you finally get to the call, they can't actually do anything and just tell you to email their services.
​Emails take 3 weeks to be answered, only to finally tell you that you're missing a specific paper. Once you send it, they take another 3 weeks to respond. It’s shameful in 2025 to provide this kind of "artisanal" service

Effectivement, votre contrat souscrit il y a plusieurs années, n'est plus un produit que nous commercialisons actuellement. En tant que courtier grossiste nous sommes un intermédiaire auprès de l'assureur et avons l'obligation de redresser techniquement ces anciens contrats, d'où la forte majoration que vous subissez.

Months of waiting and now not responding

I had to cancel my campsite as our car broke down and we missed Le Shuttle. The car was not repairable so we had no way to travel to France. We had cancellation insurance with this company. They have not paid out despite me providing ample evidence of our situation. They kept asking for more and more irrelevant evidence. Now that I have sent it, they are not responding to me. I am owed almost £500 for a holiday my family was unable to go on for legitimate reasons!

Repeated misrepresented facts

Repeated misrepresented facts, misquoted their own insurance policy stating that it would only be 25% because the event leading to the cancellation was more than 30 days despite the policy clearly stating it was the cancellation date that needed fo be more than 30 days. Also completely unresponsive

This insurance company is just profit-, not customer oriented. I’ve made contract with them for travel activity.

Insurance benefit with 25% almost denied in case of COVID-19, even if all touristic travel activities and accommodations were not possible in France. Their compensation of 25% represents just a bit more than cleaning charge and visititors tax.
Without insurance involvement I would get 100% refund as voucher or in cash after 18 month.
Simply not acceptable.
Booking better without insurance and acceptance of a bit higher risk of loss than submitting money to this company.

Responsiveness poor.
Fictional argumentation by turning facts.
