Reached out several times and have not received any response. They claim that the package was delivered but clearly I have not received it. It has been over a month and they have not responded! This is a shady company that does not care about customer satisfaction. Seems they hire delivery services that may use wifi jammers as my cameras were interrupted during their "alleged" delivery time.

Do not order from this company. They sent me the wrong meds and it has been over a month and 6 calls to them and I still cannot get my money back for their mistake! Do not trust them!

I have never seen a more useless store than this one. It's been about 20 days since I’ve been calling and emailing them daily, but they don’t respond to my emails, and they don’t pick up the calls either. I just want to confirm whether they provide invoices to their customers. If they do, I need to buy 30 pieces of one product from this store, but it seems impossible to get any response from them—neither to emails nor calls. The most useless store!"

My order was delivered fine. The problem is two hours after ordering my debit card was compromised. Someone tried to use it at craft furniture store, twenty minutes from entirely pets and then again in Berkeley CA. It's a major inconvenience when you have to stop a debit card because of this.

order took much too long. Can't ever get the discount codes to work either.

Great customer service and refrigerated item was nicely packed

I ordered cat vaccines. The vaccines arrived improperly packaged and completely warm, rendering them unusable. Customer service did not respond to emails for a week, hung up on multiple calls, and refused to take responsibility for the issue. I recommend considering a different seller if you don’t want to lose money.

I never received my order after calling numerous times with questions about the Fedex tracking link not working on my end. The site had no record of my purchase even though my credit card company showed a charge. The supervisor, Sean with whom I spoke was rude and pretty much called me a liar. He wouldn't let me speak and insisted that the order was delivered to my address even after I told him that I received "proof of delivery" link which DID work and showed apicture of someone else's porch with my box sitting on it...wherever that is!!! Do not waste yur time with these people. They have no idea what they are doing and you will not receive customer satisfaction in the end. I will never shop there again.

I needed antibiotics for my dog and other medication, so I placed an order. They shipped my 2 pills out of 14—what am I supposed to do with 2 pills of antibiotics??? They didn't care to ship the rest until I called them!

Entirely pets has always filled my orders correctly and in a timely manner.

I have never had a problem with them. I order on line and they send and it is received in a timely manor. Thank you for allowing us to purchase at a lower price then most. Always offering great choice's and I always find a discount code to use. Thankyou

Ordered a product that was listed in stock, paid for rush shipping, and received a confirmation with a order receipt from HealthyPets, Inc in Union City, CA. After weeks after not receiving the product I confirmed that entirelypets.com cancelled my order and both never notified me that my order was cancelled, and never refunded me the purchase & shipping cost. After attempts to reach out with no response I was able to get my money back by making a claim via PayPal. Do not order from this site. It may have been legitimate at one time, but this place is definitely pretty scammy. If you do take a chance make sure you use PayPal or a Credit Card so you can initiate a chargeback if the site screws you over.

Had an issue with delivery of overheated Enzyme Solution (cooked I should say), not usable wanted to send back or get replacement. Emailed them at Contract Address immediately, received a robo-response with a case #, stating that I'd hear back from them. Well I didn't- sent a reminder with case number 2 weeks later, pleading for a response. Still no response. Sent another email 3rd request, no response. Called and was told Rep needed to discuss with a supervisor (who conveniently was out that day) and that they would call or mail me back. That was 4 days ago. I am now disputing with my credit card company and needless to say will NEVER do business with them again, what a horrible way to treat your customers, shame on you!! Don't recommend doing business with them.

I’ve never had a problem with EP. The prices are very reasonable, and shipping is prompt.

For one we bought seresto collars for all of our animals and they made two of our very sick and burnt their necks due to having to much pesticides in the collars. That came straight from my vet. Also was informed the collars was fake because they should have a logo on them including a serial number and serial number should match the one on the can and there was no logo or serial number on the collars. I even called an spoke to someone there by the name of Shawn that said he would check into it and get back with me it's been at least a month still no response from Shawn. How ironic after all this happened I even saw an article on investigate TV talking about the exact thing. Sad thing I spent 357$ and some change never got a refund or even offered anything from ENTIRELY PETS PLUS NO RETURN RESPONSE FROM THEM!!! SO EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR MAKE YOUR ANIMALS SUFFER LIKE MINE DID. I HAVE PICTURES I GOING TO POST IF I FIND A PLACE TO POST THEM ON THIS REVIEW!!
