Great product high quality and quick shipping

Nothing went wrong it was not at all what I thought oud blends Wii be. Spent too much for samples and I did not like none of them

Communication with Josh before purchase was informative and educational. I was not being sold to I was being guided to self discovery. Delivery was a lot quicker than anticipated and the extra gift and additional samples made the whole experience so much more valuable.

Always the best service. They accommodate my sample requests. Ship quickly and have the best perfumes around. What's not to like about that?

Then to the fragrance! The quality is top notch and Tigerwood 91 quickly became one of my favorite Oud fragrances, it’s so damn good!

I had my first purchase with Ensar Oud and wow, what can I say! I am pretty sure no one who is used to smelling synthetic perfumes will understand the experience but it’s beautifully raw, overwhelming and a mysterious Journey. The delivery process was smooth, fast, the packaging was stylish and crafty, and the gift samples were generous.
Purchased Tibetan Musk Tyger Mylk and Mongolian Musk and oh boy, a heavenly scent and outstanding longevity. Worth every penny!

The customer service at Ensar Oud is terrible. There is essentially one person looking after the customer service role (which is only available on WhatsApp).

If you are lucky enough to get a reply (which appears to be rare), they are not very transparent and you will be waiting a while to even get that reply.

They need a big overhaul of their support if they want any hope of being a viable place to buy rare fragrances beyond the few niche repeat buyers they already have.
