Reply from EN ROIS
Hi Bernard,
We're sorry to hear about your experience, however you did purchase the standard shipping with Royal Mail and it is stated this takes 5-7 business working days. The order was placed on 17.02.25 and delivered on 25.02.25, the delivery time frame is still within the 5-7 business working days.
We hope this clears up any confusion.
Thank you

EnRois - excellent quality and service
Ordered the T-Shirt and Fallen Angle Hoody again during the end of season sale period. The shipment arrived to me 3 days later. The quality of the T-Shirt and Hoody fabric is excellent. Thank you for the EnRois charm as a small addition to my purchase. I wear it every day with my new EnRois clothing. The designer knows his craft. Frank
