I had my teeth whitened using the Enlighten system at my dentist, and the results have been absolutely amazing! After moving house, I ran into an issue getting my top-up gels since I no longer had access to my original dentist. That’s when I reached out to Borenne Van Maaswinkel from the customer service team—wow, just wow!
I don’t usually write reviews, but the level of service I received was so exceptional that I had to share my experience. Borenne went above and beyond to find a solution for me, turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless one. At a point where I considered switching to another product, their outstanding support reassured me that I’ll remain a loyal Enlighten customer.

Not as expected for £600
Followed dentists information, tbh enlighten did make my teeth a few shades whiter. Week or so later, the yellowing is coming back.
Definitely not worth £600!!. Yet another teeth cosmetic company over priced, with poor results.

Disappointed with the shade of my teeth
When I finished my treatment my dentist said I had not reached the recommended shade of of B1they took photos to send to enlighten but still not heard anything since the 16th of December & feel disappointed.

I used enlighten products following consultation with my dentist. Initially I was really happy with the results but a month on and I can’t say I’m that impressed. It definitely doesn’t look like my teeth have been whitened. For £600 I personally don’t think it was worth it, which is a shame because I really expected to see a difference that would last.

Disappointing
Despite really lovely and helpful customer service from the company, unfortunately I can’t leave a more favourable review as the treatment simply didn’t work for me. I was given an additional 2 weeks of treatment to help my teeth whiten but they are still nowhere close to the shade advertised. I feel very disappointed that I have spent over £500 with very little to show for it. For context, my teeth were not badly stained to begin with and I was given no reason to believe that the treatment plan would not work for me. Though my teeth did appear a little whiter and brighter during and immediately after my treatment, they are now almost back to the shade I began with.
