Appalling & emails with VIRUSES!
Appalling sales service! I ordered materials yesterday and paid extra for delivery before midday today as I needed the materials today for an urgent customer order. Trotec then ring after 12pm today to say the order will not be delivered until Monday and even then they cannot guarantee delivery before 12pm! My business is only 2 and a half hours from you, why not just send someone with the order than make me wait days with no guarantee of delivery?
Only offering to refund the postage after I asked for it and refusing to offer any further discount or compensation is very poor customer service.
This was my first order from you and will be my last!
This was going to be a 1 star review but as I have just been rung back and told that my order will now be delivered before midday on Monday I have increased the score to 2 stars. If it is not delivered as promised I will reduce this back to a 1 star review.
I have had to downgrade this review again already!
I have now received several emails from email addresses and all with attachments. Every single email has picked out as containing viruses by my virus protection. ALL OF THEM COME FROM THIS COMPANY'S PARENT COMPANY!!!!
