BRILLIANT SERVICE from the get go.
Easy to get through to on the phone - whenever I've called, have been answered promptly. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable support. Chris listens and communicates well. Being a newbie to the products, his patience, and clear descriptions are helpful and much appreciated. Delivery was super quick too. Will not be shopping elsewhere, unless the company don't stock what I'm after. Even then, I'll probably take my inquiry to them first. I highly recommend English Chains Direct.

Chain are non returnable however upon arrival they are low quality, tacky.
The company is greedy, and works in a way that the costumer would lose a lot o money if they are not happy with their products.
Also bought hooks that requires 4 screws and the website did not say screws were not included.
Contected costumer service regarding shipping and they said I would have to pay £7.50 to amend anything from my original order despite the fact that I already spent £90 on my original order.

Contacted the company and asked for a recommendation for chain to use for my for my dogs. I received a quick response from the company recommending a chain that was quite expensive. I ordered 4 lengths of chain based on the companies recommendation. Once they arrived I realised that they were so heavy a horse would have issues dragging these around. They could be used as tow chains for cars they are so thick. I contacted the company again and have been completely ignored. As all sales are final they wouldn't even do an exchange where I would lose money for a lighter chain in the exchange. So if you use this company do your own research. I asked for a chain for a dog not an elephant. Sad as it is a quality chain, but the company is shady at best... I found a different company that I have used to replace these monster chains.
