A mixed order of 12 preserves and jam was handled without any problems. Each jar was individually wrapped to avoid damage. Delivery time was notified in advance. A faultless process.

I love the taste of the All Butter Curds, there's nothing like it in the supermarkets! I have bought the Lemon Curd and Raspberry Curd a few times, this time I decided to add the Cherry Curd to my order. Looking forward to trying it.

Purchased from the English Heritage shop and found the experience so easy. Found what I was after and payment process was simple. Delivered very quickly and very pleased with my purchase.

Guidebook was well packed, and arrived quickly.

I bought tickets on 17th June 2025 to visit 2 castles on the Isle of Wight next week, Yarmouth and Carisbrooke, Yarmouth was fine, Carisbrooke after I put the visiting date in reverted to the default days date, which was not apparent until AFTER I had paid.
They won't change the wrong date, even though there is NO cost to them.
I am disappointed that this 'Charity' really needs £28.10 from a 78 years old state pensioner.
Maybe the £100k+ their CEO gets isn't enough?
Calling or emailing them is an exercise in frustration and futility.
I rang Carisbrooke, nobody answered any of the 3 times, the main number advises of 'Long waits for answers to calls or emails' and then offers membership to this atrocious company.
Still no reply from Monday, to the emails sent and a further one sent to CEO Dr Nick Merriman.

Easy to see what was available, on the EH website and delivery was quick, trackable and on time.

Very Incredible SERVICE and a very informative Guide Book, as all of them have been up to now !
