Shirt arrived in good time with good email communication. Love the shirt, exactly as I expected and the medium fit is just right. Would definitely recommend although it is a little pricey.
I live in Australia and this was being sent to my grandson for his birthday. It was a straight forward process that worked effectively
Delivery service was quick and efficient. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Quality wasn’t bad even though there was some stain on my fleece top.

Expensive Kids Kits - numbers and letters sticking and peeling
Have just emailed the England Store and received a poor response offering 20% off next order which is unacceptable. Spent £140 on two little kids home England kits in early July. Took them on holiday to Greece and after unpacking the suitcase the numbering and lettering had stuck together and peeled away, ruining the look of the back of both shirts. I'd expect this from some of the cheaper replica kits you can purchase but not for this price from the official England Store. I'd be grateful for a more appropriate response. Short and Socks are great - but i think a resupply of both shirts is warranted - am happy to provide photographic evidence of the state of the shirts.

Reply from England Store
Hello Steven, I appreciate your feedback provided to us on your Trustpilot review, and I apologize that the numbers and lettering have started peeling from both kits. I understand how disappointing it is to experience a quality issue with both items. I have reviewed your order and sent you an email to the email address that was on the order. We apologize again for the inconvenience, and we hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely, Sam
Severe delays and poor communication
There were severe delays with my order. And communication was only being made when I reached out. The chat service was also poor, with agents taking far too long to reply during conversations.

Very pleased with my purchase
Very pleased with the junior England kit bought for my grandson’s birthday. He was delighted. Posted out quickly and delivered on time by Royal Mail. Very good price point too. However one star knocked off as the website doesn’t give all the options available after a specific search. Had to spend more time again trawling to find the exact item after regrettably not ordering after the first search.
