Another week another 3 penalty scores due to ongoing issues between it and it's front end provider HDID, both parties just say your club can sort these out, really that's not what we pay our fees for. EG need to improve the service they and partners provide
England golf refunded my clothing order without any contact and what's worse, there was no apology. Extremely poor service. When I tried to call England golf, all you could do was leave an answer phone message. I would advise everyone to avoid this badly run organisation.
Why won’t England golf listen to what golfers actually want from the game, rather than ignoring that and driving through their increasingly strange agenda?
Golfers, in general, want to go out and enjoy the game. This is proving to be increasingly difficult for a number of reasons-
The WHS is really unfair! High handicappers golfers win more often than they should.
Tinkering with clubs’ slope ratings and holes has to stop. We’ve just had a difficult par five changed to an impossible par four by England golf. Needless to say this has gone down really badly.
The WHS is useless. Some golfers at our club play 20 competitive rounds in a couple of months, whereas others play four or five competitive rounds a year. There are of course too many other problems with this useless system for me to list here.
England golf, please stop bullying golfers and golf clubs and maybe think about what golfers actually want from the game! Here’s an idea - go out and see what’s going on and maybe talk to a few golfers!,
Terrible App - over priced, not usable abroad, very clunky, impossible to find people on the app and terrible/unhelpful customer services.
