We ordered a solar system via Costco, and despite us having the survey quite quickly, things have gone badly since. We asked for a few options to add additional stuff to the order right at the beginning but were told to wait for the technical survey. We asked all these questions at the survey and they either weren't passed on or have been ignored. Engenera are using smarter utility for our install, and we're being told to speak to their subcontractor rather than engenera own the whole solution. We were supposed to have our install in 4 days time but it's been postponed with no idea when it'll happen or why it's postponed.

We ordered Solar via Costco, and Engenera are the supplier.

Even though the system parts aren't the best or the cheapest price we went with them on basis of extra protection and timescales listed. We had much cheaper quotes elsewhere but never had an issue with Costco or one of their suppliers and given the timeline listed opted for the more expensive option. Regretting that now, over 100% late based on the defined stages, so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Apparently they took too many orders hence the design team inundated. I'd give them a miss as you are paying top ££ for an install and worst still they (Costco have all the ££ upfront).

Really frustrating experience with Engenera.
Did a really bad job installing, took over three months to correct their basic errors. Multiple leaks through the installation, mess everywhere and never cleaned up, ruined several carpets. Failed to install a buffer tank until Samsung came out and told them.
They then took 5 months to negotiate the costs due to the damages and we ended up going to arbitration. They then wrongly completed the RHI certificate further delaying the government payment. It took 11 months from install to first payment. Poor communication and poor service.

Crap company. They started out great but in the end really disappointed me by backing out of the contract. Super slow and argumentative re refund. Had to start again with another company (Berkeley Heating Services) who were wonderful. The only diamond in the whole Engenera team was Jude (Judith Allen, Operational Co-ordinator at Engenera - though I believe she has now left - she was the only bright spot in my day whenever I had to contact them and always did her best to help. Really cannot recommend Engenera lowly enough!

Awful company. It has taken 2 months to reach a decision on a complaint but still waiting for some action. No one from Engenera has been to investigate. " people have aske me about heat pumps. My eply to them was Heat pumps good but not from Engenera.

Full system and radiators fitted in three days by a very hard working team of young men. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they stayed late on the last day to commission and ensure everything was correct. Easy hassle free ordering at the start and we are now toasty warm and very very pleased thoroughly recommended

the installation was carried out by a competent team of workers..
we are pleased with the system so far .
the negative side is the administration side.
the work was completed in june this year.we didnt receive the hand over pack till the last week in august.
we had in the pack details regarding our RHI grant .
we have to apply our selves .we have been unable to apply for the grant owing to some information which we dont have .It requires the energy performance certificate number .I have contacted head office 3 times asking for this information .last reply was 16th sept promising some information .todate no one has responded .

Very friendly & efficient team, who took the time to explain in
detail, how everything worked. Would recommend to anybody.

I had a new heat system installed by engenera .Air source heat pump.My experience with the company from Allan their agent to their management and operatives was realy honest good and reliable.The work was undertaken to a good standard using quality components and to my own specifications in relation to unit location despite difficulty of acess .I must say i am delighted with my heat system and can recomend all the people i dealt with .Thankyou Engenera .

Very good service from Engenera. The company took great care to carry out a detailed survey of our property and energy needs. The fitting team arrived on time and carried the work out to a very high standard. They were very helpful and polite and carefully cleaned and replaced everything when they had finished. We had a couple of leaks on radiators and the company responded immediately to these and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. So far the system is performing exactly as described in terms of energy consumption. It is already saving us money and we have constant hot water whenever needed [something our previous system did not deliver].

I am very satisfied with the heat pump supplied and the installation service that was very good, I cannot yet give 5 stars as there is one outstanding problem that I am trying to have resolved. I have not yet received satisfaction concerning the MMSP incentive payments. The application procedure is very complicated and I must have full support on this from Engenera.Ofgem are not answering any phone calls on account of the Corona virus.

I'm in the process of taking this company to court. I have an obligation to inform you of that. I have had first hand dealings with them and I'm £1800.00 out of pocket until the matter is resolved in the court..

Very bad ethics and all about grabbing the cash and running.

If I were you I would stay well clear.

Avoid this company. They have a very agressive sales team who continued to call and email me after I had declined their quote. Their tone was hostile and very unprofessional. I expected better of a national company.
