Honestly a poor product. I’ve given these a very fair try. I was initially disappointed that the running insoles that I ordered have quite a pronounced medial post which is not described on their website. They basically turn a neutral shoe into a stability shoe. I have no idea what they do to an actual stability shoe but I imagine they mess it up.

Anyhoo, I don’t like the feel of the insoles, they add weight and bulk and reduce any kind of ground feel. The foam they are made of feels pretty dead to me. I used them a few times because my original insoles were getting tatty in my Evo SLs but ended up throwing them out and buying a cheap bog standard insole instead, which is performing much better. I hope my review helps you with your decision. I think enertor has amazing marketing, but I’m afraid this is money for old rope.

The enertor insoles cushion really well but the medial edge is so sharp and abrupt it causes sores to form - they are not cheap but hurt your feet - shame - I did let them know but never heard back - the material is good - shame about the shape - will avoid in future

Don’t buy these if you don’t want to be in the position of never wanting to run without them again. Honestly I would always get a weird case of pins and needles around the 4K mark every single run. Since buying these my running has been so much more comfortable. Coming up to the 500 mile mark and they are still performing so well! They’ve got me through a couple of half marathons pain free. Multiple 10 mile and 10k races. Can’t live without them now!

I'm only a casual runner so I don't want to invest in the fanciest running shoes and stuff, but these insoles have really helped make my trainers super comfortable to run in.

These are so good! I use the walking ones and my knee feels waaaay better, I also have a pair of the runners and they’re fantastic. Love the branding too! Super brat!

I bought the running insoles because I've always suffered with runner's knee. I've started using them for all training runs and haven't had any injuries at all since. I find them very comfortable and can run further easily. I'm now considering using them for an upcoming marathon so that I can have confidence that I'll get round injury free and more enjoyably!

Got these after seeing an ad on Instagram. I have a bad knee and definitely feel like they’re helping! Joints feel supported while running on road which is amazing. Buying another pair for my trail running shoes!

I've used Enertor for over a year now. I was previously riddled with injury. Since November its helped me loose 3 stone, and I've got my first half marathon in 6 years at Leeds Roundhay park Oct 5th to celebrate my 61st birthday. I'll be buying a new pair at least every 6 months now. 100% AMAZING.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the insoles I purchased from your company, which were advertised as helping to prevent injury and provide support during walking and running.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. After using the insoles as directed, I found that they caused the bottom of my feet to turn inward while walking and running, which significantly worsened my discomfort and pain. This is in direct contradiction to the claims made in your product description.

Adding to my frustration, I have attempted to reach out to your customer service team multiple times over the past month via your website chat and the designated support email. Despite your advertised money-back guarantee, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my messages.

This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Didn't work out for me, me knees have never felt as bad and created blisters on soles of my feet

I had a pair of enertor insoles in one of my shoes, recommended by an GP friend of mine for my plantar and I walk a lot in my job. I experienced a huge difference in comfort and lack of pain. Now they’re in all my shoes! Find them particularly helpful in all my walking shoes - my boot and wellies - honestly you will see a big difference! Brilliant.

I saw a few ads for this product and thought I’d give it a try as I’ve struggled with shin splints for years which have plagued my marathon training blocks. These have been such a revelation to me, I wear them now on all my easy runs and they do an amazing job of taking the edge off that pain and allowing me to keep going. I simply wouldn’t have gotten through my last training cycle without them and I’m now using them regularly for this marathon season. If you’ve battled with shin pain and are desperate for some relief I strongly recommend you give these a try. I don’t even notice I’m wearing them.

Went on a run yesterday evening and they made a huge difference. It's been a long while that I've felt pain in both knees running and afterwards. This time there was very little.

I bought these a few months ago because I've had recurring issues with Achilles tendonitis. They've been a massive help, literally will not walk or run without them now, I have 3 pairs

Great product, really makes a difference for long runs and helped with plantar facisitis relief.....but they do wear out after 6 months or so and dispatch takes too long - it took a week from ordering to "ready to dispatch"

Only tried once but very comfortable. Their customer support was really great after I had made a mess of resizing the insoles.

I am 66. Started running June 2024. Have run 6 Half Marathons, and was first in age group in 5 of them. Recently ran 100km in 24 hours. And I credit these insoles to be able to achieve that. I started having pains in my knees and bought a pair of these insoles. The pain went away. I recently stopped using them as I bought replacement shoes (same models). And had a pain return in my left knee. I tried some physio but then restarted using the insoles and am now back to running. They actually work. I intend to run 100 miles in 24 hours next year and will definitely be wearing them.
