Do not trust the price they tell you!
We’ve just received our third invoice from Energy Nordic and all of them being more then double in price of what they told us, we even have their quote in writing. They keep on blaming others for the high price without acknowledging their own mistake of bad sales and poor customer focus.
If they had been honest from the very beginning I wouldn’t been an unhappy customer, probably not a customer at all but they would at least not have received this bad review. There are better options out there than Energy Nordic, tey them before you give this company a try.

Just signed up with Energy Nordic for my electricity supply in Spain, changing from Iberdrola. Not only is the projected price lower, but also the support from Isabel Christiansen was excellent answering all my questions, and responding quickly. Hopefully I will find their service as a supplier also performs well.

so far so good. Very quick responses, no need to call convoluted call centres where robots end your call. I appreciated the honesty as well. I will likely look to contract more sites with them in the months ahead.

Very impressed so far!
We were a little apprehensive about changing energy provider as this of course comes with cancelling current contracts/direct debits and finalising bills/meter readings etc but I have to say that Energy Nordic did the lot! A seamless transition. Tiziana in customer service was very efficient, very professional and answered every question we had about the transition by return email. We had our first bill today from Energy Nordic and it is 30% less than the previous bill from our old provider. Impressed so far Energy Nordic!

Great customer service from Nordic and their rep Rocio Villagran. We sent a bill in for comparison and she came back the next day with a response ...and it was a very pleasing response! The comparison between our current electricity supplier and Nordic was half! From our initial enquiry to signing up with them took less than 4 days. We were recommended Nordic from two different sets of friends and now we will pass that on too. I almost cant wait for our first bill .... lol.
