Left Endesa after 23 years of service
Left Endesa after 23 years of service. First 2 months no problems in 3rd month intermittent power problems. Complained and told due to lack of contracted power although nothing had been added purely 20 solar panels added 3 months prior to change to Nordic now 21 days of repeated promises still problems. Taking legal advice as to remedies.

In less than 15 days of contract we had have two cuts of power, and today there is nobody helping anyways we just cant go into the house as the door is electric too.

The customer service was excellent. The agent patiently explained everything to me and was honest about whether or not their company could improve my situation or simply duplicate my current service, being that they are a competitor. I am grateful to have a service like theirs available to me. On top of all that, I'm saving a good bit of money now! Though I speak conversational Spanish, the ability to handle my important bills in my native language is extremely convenient!
