I was in a rush to get a set in a few short days so I contacted the customer service over chat and asked if they had any express shipping options available! The answers I got were friendly and super useful, although a little slower than I would've liked at times (I'm in Eastern Canada so I'm expecting it was due to timezones, maybe). I was sent an invoice to pay for express shipping which was done super easily. Unfortunately the shipping company couldn't deliver on time so I contacted CS again to let them know the express delivery window was past what I had been told, and that I was a little disappointed although I recognized it wasn't their fault. A customer service agent promptly suggested refunding me for the extra shipping! I was very pleased with the resolution and will be a returning customer! Thanks a lot!! Oh, also the Madame X set is SUPER CUTE 🥰

I ordered a couple very fairly priced sale items for my wife and she likes them. I wrote customer service about a billing issue and they were quick to reply and very helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the website mentions a shipping hub in the US but our order came from the UK, meaning a longer wait time for arrival.

Emailed with a problem and it was fixed asap.

There was an issue with my order and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. They apologized and made it right and compensated me for any inconvenience caused. The customer service representative I dealt with (Jezza) was very polite and helpful.

Jezza at Empress Mimi was very speedy and helpful with responses to all my concerns. I had two separate orders I needed assistance with and Jezza was very quickly able to get me answers on all the questions I had raised, including advice on sizing for an exchange. I immediately contacted Empress Mimi via their customer service email, which was very easy to find, as it was in the email they sent me which confirmed my order. Jezza, who handled my request to correct the shipping address, responded within 24 hours and assured me that she would do her very best to help. And she did! In only one business day, my address was corrected, and now I am absolutely thrilled to know that I will receive my package knowing that it’s going to the correct address. Jezza was also super friendly and accommodating. This was my first time ordering from Empress Mimi, and I am really impressed so far with customer service.
