Reiki & Energy Healing
Reiki and energy healing are a central part of the Emo Papa practice. Sessions provide dedicated space for rest, grounding, energetic balance, and support for the body’s natural healing and restorative processes.
Clients may seek Reiki during periods of stress, grief, exhaustion, emotional change, or physical recovery. Emo Papa also works with people who choose Reiki and energy healing as complementary wellness support before or after surgery and during recovery. Reiki is intended to complement—not replace—medical care and can be used alongside care from physicians, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and other healthcare providers.
Reiki and energy healing sessions may be offered in person or remotely.
Life & Spiritual Coaching
Life and spiritual coaching provides a practical, collaborative space for people navigating change, exploring purpose, strengthening their relationship with themselves, or deciding what comes next.
Coaching may focus on relationships, identity, career and life transitions, personal patterns, spirituality, purpose, or meaningful change. The goal is not to tell clients how they should live, but to help them hear themselves more clearly and move forward with greater awareness and intention.

Psychic & Intuitive Readings
Emo Papa offers psychic and intuitive readings for people seeking insight, spiritual guidance, clarity, or a deeper understanding of what may be unfolding in their lives.
Readings draw upon intuition and spiritual practices, with tarot used as one of several tools for accessing and exploring information. Tarot may also be incorporated into energy healing or spiritual sessions when appropriate. Psychic readings can explore relationships, life transitions, personal direction, spiritual development, patterns, possibilities, and the questions that arise when someone finds themselves at a crossroads.
Remote psychic readings make this work available to clients regardless of location.
Across all three areas of the practice, Emo Papa offers a grounded and welcoming approach to healing and spiritual exploration. Clients do not need to follow any particular religion or spiritual tradition.
In addition to individual sessions, Emo Papa provides Reiki, energy healing, psychic readings, meditation, coaching, and spiritual wellness experiences for community events, retreats, festivals, wellbeing fairs, and private gatherings.

I met with Ry for 4 life coaching sessions this summer. In one month we covered a lot of ground! Whether the topic was big picture or small, Ry had a tool for every scenario and was ready to pivot accordingly. In addition to Ry’s motivational interviewing skills, his knowledge of tarot and experience in social media management further enhanced my experience personally. When conducting somatic exercises, he readily adapted the experience based on my feedback and requests for accommodations. I am in a transition stage in my life and Ry helped me develop structure I needed while recognizing my strengths every week. We did have some challenges with web conferencing and making last-minute changes to our schedule, but he always adapted and communicated as clearly as needed. I’m not someone who normally seeks lifestyle coaching, but Ry made me feel at ease. Deeply appreciative of my experience!
