There was a minor mix up on my order. The company went 'above and beyond' not only to fix the problem but to be generous in more than compensating me for the small error. I was very impressed with their customer service. I very happily use E Models.

My model assembly skills were honed on meccano sets so when choosing model aircraft sets for my grandson I asked the sales team for help. They put together a very comprehensive package comprising of suitable models and their associated tools and paints. Kept well informed of the progress of my order through to its delivery. Encountered a problem with the quality of some of the paints supplied by the manufacturer (NOT emodel) of the paints. These were speedily resolved by their Customer Care team and replacements far exceeding our expectations received within days. Will definitely be relying on them when I place future orders. Easily worth a 5* rating

This company has a great selection of models that I struggled to find anywhere else - ive ordered off them twice - a hobbyboss T-26 and a Hobbyboss T-60 - 2 kits that I really struggled to find outside of independent sellers and at such a good price.

The first time I ordered i had no issues, the order took slightly longer to come than usual but this was probably due to me being in Northern Ireland an post brexit orders from GB take longer than even some orders from Europe

The most recent order (the T-60) i ordered on the 24th November, I recieved an update confirming despatch to royal mail but after a couple of weeks it still hadn't arrived - i contacted the company who advised there had been an issue with royal mail themselves and thus they would send out another kit free of charge and even advised if the previous one did turn up to keep it due to the inconvenience.

Im giving 5 stars as even though it is frustrating to have such a delay its what the company does to resolve the issue that counts and I have no doubt around this time of year many sellers are left out of pocket by royal mail and other couriers missplacing parcels or not delivering in a timely matter - its rare to find a company with such an array of models at really decent prices in the UK and one that holds their hands up and resolve promptly if things go wrong

I recently ordered 3 packages from e-models that were to be collected from the local store. After they had sent the packages and before collection I had an emergency eye operation that meant I could not pick them up. I contacted James at e-models, who immediately had them posted to me, free of charge. What an amazing gesture, at a low time. I have always found e-models to be an amazing company, but this has taken them to the next level.

Amazing service. First time using eModels I made a mistake when placing an order and the company were so helpful and friendly intercepting my delivery and helping me swap the product for a different model, definitely recommend for any model kit purchases.

Excellent service delivery was very quick and on time, informed every step of the way. Great products at the best price can't thank the team enough would highly recommend eModels check out the website you won't be disappointed.

Incredible customer service all the way! I emailed the shop because I needed advice as a first time modeller. Richard has been incredibly hands-on and responsive, helping me compile a list of products to buy and answering all my questions. He also kept me updated throughout the entire shipping process and even packed some chocolates as a gift. I’ve never experienced or seen such great customer service and I worked in e-commerce for a fair few years. He really made a great impression and I am very very happy that I ended up ordering from this store. The parcel arrived sturdily packed and all the items in it are in perfect condition. I can only recommend eModels to anyone looking to get into model kits.

Wow, what service and support from this team!
I am a new customer, read several very good reviews and a few that I cannot understand why they have left negative comments, each to there own I suppose.
I will give you the facts based on how I was supported -
1) Communication via email - regular, polite and left you feeling that they genuinely cared about your customer
2) Excellent support and continued communication!
The courier they used (DPD) also kept you up to date on delivery.
3) Ordered items over the weekend, received 07.25 HRs on Wednesday morning, unbelievable service and support.
4) I feel that I can trust these guys, my advice to the general public, my word is my bond, even though you obviously won’t know me, but it’s true, so, don’t be overly concerned by other negative comments, be open minded and step into the excellent service you will get and a feeling of a ‘Family’ that cares! ✊🏻👍😊

James and his team are nothing short of brilliant. I have shopped at eModels several times now and the level of service is second to none. Always friendly and up-to-the-minute communications to keep you updated; always carefully packaged using recyclable materials (never plastics or polystyrene); always dispatched quickly and arriving in perfect condition. I genuinely cannot sing their praises highly enough. If only all online traders aspired to be this good!

I bought a box of warhammer models , a book and some paint. Extremely happy with the products, packaged carefully and only took a few days.

Great store with a lot of choice.
Placed 2 orders and both were shipped very quickly.
Items did not disappoint and were well priced.
Great customer care with clear and friendly updates for each step of the shipping process.
Very happy overall and would re-order through this store for any additional supply.

I ordered 10 cans of spray paint which their website listed as in stock. I paid nearly £10 for fast delivery ( only option). Ordered on 25th July. Heard nothing by 29th so emailed them about dispatch date. No reply. Emailed again on 30th stating that if items couldn't be delivered by next day I wanted to cancel order. Later that day got message that order dispatched, but only 5 cans. They refunded me for the other 5. So they never cancelled the order and I ended up paying nearly £10 postage for a £29 order!!! Delivery was on 31st...so took a week for fast delivery!! I emailed to complain. Just offered me 10% off next order. As I have had to order from another company I have lost more money on extra postage! I told them it wasn't good enough, so they asked if I would like a refund of a small part of my original postage. I told them it wasn't really adequate as it was their mistake....wrong stock level, no communication, ignored my request to cancel order, didn't deliver anywhere near on time. I told them their offer wasn't really acceptable and suggested a full refund of postage, and that I would leave it with them, on August 1st. Heard nothing since ( 8th August ).

I've used Emodels quite a few times and they are really responsive and offer an amazingly swift service. I've only ever had one problem, and it was resolved without fuss or drama. And guess what? You get to speak to a REAL person. Amazing service, totally awesome. I'll be back.

Am based in Rep of Ireland, placed order for £125 inc shipping.. 10 days later delivery made with whopping €55 import duty (customs was expected, but not the amount). The really annoying part was, 1 item was not shipped. I emailed sales who confirmed same and missing item was on its way. After 8 days i emailed again and complained. Was told item was now shipped gratis (as gift) as gesture for error and delay. 5 days later, I got letter from Customs saying item held awaiting payment!!! Bringing my custom elsewhere.

Two months have passed and I'm still waiting for items to be delivered. I have asked now twice for proof of dispatch or some way for me to resolve this matter, but no satisfactory explanation has been offered, my next steps are to take the matter up with VISA and leave negative feedback of this company and its business practices on the relative review platforms.
