Speedy delivery
We received it way ahead of the estimated time of delivery and when it did come it was wrapped so well. It was great to see it unfurl and take it's full shape. Sleeping really well!

I ordered a package
I ordered a package. Mattress, protector, topper, duvet and pillows. Everything was fine except for the mattress topper. I ordered a superking mattress. But the topper that was sent was for a single bed. Very disappointing.

The mattress protector should last longer
I bought an emma mattress and its matching mattress protector 5 years ago and I was really happy with it, but I thought It would last longer. After 4 years, the "plastic" bottom part of the protector started to tear and now it is completely unusable and the mattress is stained. I had to buy a new one because of this. Although I bought the same size mattress protector (super king), the new mattress protector does not fit as tight as the old one and the wrinkles are noticeable. I hope this new protector lasts longer.

Don't have the stock ready
Our order is being prepared for 5 days, according to their website estimated delivery is between Sunday, February 11 2001 - Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
I have spoken with them a number of times online and have been told I would get an email with an update on a delivery date, but nothing.
Had to postpone delivery of the bed it is going to sit on.
This isn't the 1st time we ordered from them, last time the service was excellent, but this is very disappointing. Maybe I am a victim of their success.
Following on from Emma reply on the 12th. It's now 8 days since the order was submitted, 8 days since it was confirmed, and 6 days since the order was transferred to the warehouse. Still no confirmed delivery date.
16/ 02 "We are pleased to inform you that your order #.......... has left our warehouse and will be handed over to our delivery partner."
Oh, wait, only teasing, This is a follow-up regarding your order.
"Our logistics team has confirmed that they encountered an issue on their end and unfortunately will not be able to proceed with the delivery today. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
They are currently working to resolve the matter, and once it has been sorted, they will contact you directly with an updated delivery schedule."
Meantime we have to reschedule the already rescheduled delivery of a bed. Very poor

Would not recommend EMMA mattresses
We bought a super king size EMMA mattress in January 2023, three years on we now need to replace it. It did not keep its shape, it has two hollows on each side and a hill in the middle. Now very uncomfortable. Would not recommend EMMA. We should not have to replace a mattress after only three years.
EMMA thank you for replying to my comments. However, I have no intention of providing photographs or go measuring the dips as was requested of others complainants, as you cannot measure the discomfort experienced this way. If Emma genuinely cares about customer experience and want to be true to your 10 year guarantee, and “make it right” you can refund 70% of the €644.99 I paid for the mattress, anything else is disingenuous.
Disappointingly, EMMA have not responded since or resolved my complaint.
