My experience purchasing this mattress…
My experience purchasing this mattress was extremely disappointing.
The first issue happened immediately after I placed my order. About five minutes after completing the purchase, I realized that I had entered the wrong delivery address. I tried to contact customer support straight away to correct this simple mistake, but because it was Sunday, there was no human support available. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue through an automated system that couldn't handle something as basic as changing a delivery address.
On Monday, I finally managed to speak with a customer service representative. However, I was told that Emma could not change the delivery address and that only the delivery company had the authority to do so. I was instructed to wait until my order had been dispatched and then contact the courier to request the change.
On Tuesday, as soon as I received the dispatch confirmation email, I contacted the delivery company exactly as I had been instructed. To my surprise, they told me they could not make any changes because the mattress had already gone out for delivery—to the wrong address.
I was then advised to wait until the package was returned to their depot so that I could collect it myself. Even though I don't own a car, I accepted this solution because it was the only option I was given.
Unfortunately, that didn't happen either. The delivery driver simply delivered the mattress to the wrong address without even checking the recipient's name. In other words, they handed over an expensive product to the wrong person.
As a result, I had to knock on a stranger's door, explain the entire situation, and ask for my own mattress back. It was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. To make matters worse, the person initially refused to give me my mattress, making the situation even more stressful.
Without a doubt, this was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
What disappointed me the most was that such a simple issue—correcting a delivery address just a few minutes after placing the order—turned into a series of avoidable mistakes due to a lack of flexibility, poor communication, and inadequate customer support.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Emma to anyone. The mattress itself may be excellent, but the customer service and delivery process were far below the standard I expected. I sincerely hope Emma reviews its procedures so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Ordered a 160cm mattress (euro queen). Difficult to find size in Ireland. Delivery was quick but mattress that came was 157cm wide. Support services were pretty engaging. Need to send them photos and after doing this they accepted to take back product and refund me. There is also no side wall on these mattresses so they tend to collapse at the sides which I didn't like. Otherwise was generally comfortable. I bought alternative on Mattress.ie and got a much better product for me.

We purchased the Original Emma in 2023…
We purchased the Original Emma in 2023 along with a bed, and well past the 200 day guarantee the mattress was fantastic. Then, it was like a massive hole formed in the middle of the bed, or like having to climb up mount everest to get up in the morning. The mattress caused back and hip pain, and when we got the replacement, we found this new replacement only lasted 2 months until the bed hole formed again. The customer service is laughable, each agent offering different instructions on the photos you have to take. It took months to get the right photos for the first mattress replacement and we've asked for a refund. So far they are already asking for a different set of photos already so prepare yourself if you have issues. I believe this is a just a defective product full stop, regardless of how many times they replace it. Do not buy from Emma.
