Appalling service, unable to contact via telephone. They set up contracts with companies we never heard of with our gas and electric and then direct debited us and dis not pay the suppliers.
Ofgen have stated that they are shut down, so why are the banks allowing them to take DD's?

Just tried to call this company and the call got rejected. Emirati is the trading name for Rainman Collateral Ltd.

According to companies house they had a winding order "This company has received a HM Courts Winding Up Petition" - Name of Practitioner
"SEFE Energy Limited" this was formerly Gazprom.

If you are unfortunate to have worked with this company you have likely been misold a contract.

Avoid! After welcome letter and into 2nd month of contract, cancelled the contract as "we have been unable to takeover your gas meter successfully. Due to the change in the current climate, we are regretfully unable to honour the rates originally agreed which does mean that we are unable to act as your energy service provider." This is after agreeing rates months ago, signing contract. Diabolical, deceitful with no communication at all to at least warn us!! Stay away!! Looks like you only respond to positive feedback, so I don't expect a reply, seems you can't seem to handle negative feedback.

Paid 5 months now and still previous company is billing me as Emerati not sending final meter read. No one answering phone. Emerati you are not replying to emails - Or answering phone. - it is you I’m concerned about. The previous supplier in contact with us daily. If you want to speak to me call me. Very concerned so have had to cancel direct debit until resolved. Will happily remove review when someone has contacted me

We spend circa £2Mil a Year and these guys deployed their knowledge by providing us with a solar and energy combined deal which was extremely beneficial for us!

This is the third business contract I have done with them. No pressure, phones when he says he will, easy online signing the agreement.

Got put on them by a broker. They came in way lower than the competition even with being renewable and havent had an issue with customer service compared to other giants.

Positive experience from the start.
Quotes came back cheaper than any other provider so I was skeptical but so far so good!

WARNING !!! This company will bill you for your ESTIMATED usage prior to you using any electricity with them, and will NOT give you the government subsidy !! My usage was over estimated by over £1700/month and they wanted paying upfront, before any electric was used. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!
