I wasted a looot of time with the service.

The zones are nor good or bad, just zones, sometimes they work sometimes they don't.
Drawing my own zones leads to the same result..

The thing is, after the fact Awais just points at this or that zone and why it worked or why it didnt. I could do the same job and maybe I should.

Moreover the ecosystem gets bigger and bigger.

I purchased indicators from E-Mini Player expecting professional-grade tools and support. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Their licensing system is tied to NinjaTrader’s Machine ID, which changes whenever there is a BIOS update or certain system updates — something completely outside the user’s control. When my Machine ID changed, they refused to update my license unless I paid again. This is not customer-friendly and shows a complete lack of understanding of real trading workstation environments.
On top of that, the indicators themselves are nothing special. The “levels” they advertise are basically generic support and resistance zones that anyone can draw from a 30-minute chart. There is no real edge, no advanced logic, and nothing that justifies the price they charge.
Customer service is slow, rigid, and unhelpful. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they hide behind policy and push customers to repurchase.
Overall, I regret buying from them. In my opinion, their product is overpriced, their licensing model is unfair, and their support is sub-standard. There are far better tools and vendors in the NinjaTrader ecosystem.Disappointing pro
