Everything was good. Cheeses were the first box that shipped to my daughter on Long Island. The ice packs were melted and cheese was warm,need more ice packs. The last two boxes were delivered three days later,no perishable in that box. This order was a birthday gift for my daughter. I would like to place an order for myself. I live in Arizona and I'm afraid if I order perishables it won't make it.

My cheese was very warm but still delicious and the ice packs were even warm when I opened it. When shipping to Texas in August, you might need to add more ice.

I have received several packages with warm food and melted cold packs. You do not use enough cold packs or insulation for your products that need to be kept cold. It is probably ok for pieces of aged cheese but not for pre-sliced meats. I believe your standard reassurance not to worry about it is inappropriate. Please improve your shipping process.

I have dealt with Emilia Food Love on several occasions. Their products are first rate and often times hard to find. Everything they promise in terms of shipping is accurate. But, I had the opportunity to test their customer service and found it to be world class. I mistyped my delivery address. FedEx couldn’t deliver. When I found out the issue I contacted Emilia Love Food, which turned to be on a Friday night, US time. By the time I got up Saturday morning I had a note from Italy, saying they had contacted FedEx with the corrected address. Think about that timeline. These are people who care about their products and their customers. They have made me a lifetime customer. Special thanks to Andrea who has been my contact.

The ordering process was simple and easy to navigate. The products that are unique to Italy allows me to sample so many things I have heard or experienced on my travels to Italy. Now I can obtain them through your company. I will sample things from time to time until I find products I want to order on a regular basis.

I love my new scoop grater! I have severe arthritis in both hands and I found this grater to allow me to grate my cheese! I love it! And the keeper,! Fabulous! I always seem to grate too much. The sealing jar it perfect! Keeps it nice and fresh!

I've ordered before so knew what I wanted and the order process is easy. Shipping is a bit costly but then this is a universal problem. The cheese is wonderful and currently getting lots of use on salads and jacket potatoes!
