I placed an order with this company on 8-26-2026. They promised a 72 hour delivery window, from Italy to my door, and they delivered! I was also kept informed as to where my order was at all times and I appreciate that. The order consisted of a wedge of Parmigiano Reggiano Dop 18 and a spoon grater. As a bonus, a small cheese knife was included. As for the cheese itself, it is without a doubt, the best Parmesan I've ever tasted and worth the price! At some point I will place another order from them and I would be happy to recommend them to others! Grazie!

The delivery was delayed and the parmesan I received had been left in the heat somewhere and gone yellow. It tastes ok but not 100%
Normally I would give 5 Stars ad its always been great but this time the delivery has let you and me down

They let us know each step of the way, and our order arrived in a timely manner. You will love the cheese! I am particularly impressed that they use calf or sheep rennets. My husband is terribly allergic to pork products, and so many American cheeses are made with it. No reaction to Emelia cheese 🤗🥰

Ordered Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 months and all three versions of Traditional DOP Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia in order to experiment. Shipping was prompt and effective. Quality of every item is excellent, and all three Balsamics are delicious. Balsamic Red is best for drizzle and flavor augmentation while I find the Gold version to be a perfect ‘dessert’ experience on its own.

The packaging of the pasta was a sure sign of your passion for excellence!!

Do to long shipping time frame too much came off cheese large amount liquid in package. Made it right to your standards. With the heat and evidently shipping people not keeping perishable cool. All gel packs were warm on arrival.
