Worst delivery ever

Absolute worst delivery company out there. First of all, their website looks like a scam. You receive no notification or update as to when the delivery is supposed to happen. It's a surprise. They just leave your package outside. I prefer to pick up my orders myself when I can't know in advance the delivery time&date, so I tried to arrange pick up with them.
The only way to get in contact with them is via chat on their webpage with sometimes hours of wait. The tool they use for captcha is a piece of puzzle that you need to slide right in the right spot. Good luck doing that with a mobile phone! In Montreal their only windows available for pick up is M-W-F 8:00to12:00. Good luck for people working 9to5 MtoF!! Went there twice to pickup my orders and the place is a literal dump. Packages everywhere in bins, on the floor. Trash and cardboards everywhere laying around. I took pictures when I was there to send the company I ordered from. They were appalled. Yun Express is doing business with them without the actual companies where we order from being aware. If you are a vendor using YunExpress in Canada, make sure they are not using Emile and that your customers do not have the shittiest customer service experience.

No Delivery

Much have delivered my parcel somewhere else.Said it was delivered but I couldn't find it.Cant get a hold of them so had to get a whole of temp and cancel the order and get a refund
Got another order coming and it will probably go missing.Dont use this outfit

Terrible and unreliable shipping…

Terrible and unreliable shipping company. No professionnal business should use Emile services.

Emile could'nt ship because of my "business hour" . It was a one week obstination with their "support" by chat only.

It's a house with no appartement in a 100% residential area. Daily I receive from all other trusted shipping company for years.

Delivered late at night

Delivered late at night, didn't ring my door bell. I was checking all during the day, not expecting them to deliver at 10pm? So when I woke up at 5am to go to class, my package was gone.

Terrible service, I gope no one uses this company ever again.

How can I give this company a 0 review

How can I give this company a 0 review. My order arrived and was received by emiles express, within 20 seconds (per their scanning reports) it was recieved and sent back to sender. Spent over 4hrs on their blooming chat bot waiting for a reply. Phone says use their chat bot. Inly to find out "too bad we don't do rural or po boxes, contact seller" An absolute waste of time!

WORST company

My package has been "out for delivery" in my city for a week. It should never take a week to deliver something once it gets on the truck. They told me twice I would receive it the same day. They then updated the delivery status to "delayed due to" and no reason stated.

They're the worst delivery company to ever exist. They do not care, and they straight up lie telling you "I've contacted the driver, it will be delivered today" but it never happens. I bought something from Thrivin, so beware if you order from them, because they use eMile delivery services.

Money Laundering Operation

I think it’s a front for money laundering. I hope they are investigated. They are thieves regardless. They have no customer service to speak of. Their “chat” doesn’t even have a bot to moderate. You just get messages occasionally that they are behind. What utter bullshit.

Horrible

Horrible. I’ve had two instances now of dealing with them. Both times they told me my address was incorrect and missing the apartment number…but I don’t live in an apartment. Despite communicating this and knowing my address is correct they did not attempt to redeliver. I had to go to their warehouse where I saw piles of packages in a mess behind their desk. They asked to take a picture of my driver‘s licence which I refused. Now I have another package that they won’t deliver and despite multiple messages sent I haven’t heard anything back.

I had a very frustrating experience with Emile Express due to poor communication and lack of accessible customer support. My package was marked as “awaiting consignee pickup,” so I contacted customer service proactively to ensure it wouldn’t be returned.

Calling only leads to a recorded message directing you back to their website chat. I used the chat as instructed but received no response for an extended period. Nearly 20 minutes later, I received only an automated message stating that responses may take up to an hour due to “peak season,” which feels misleading given the time of year.

The biggest issue wasn’t the delay itself, but the inability to reach a real person when the shipment status required attention. I followed all provided instructions, but the support process felt circular and ineffective.

For individuals or small businesses relying on timely communication and dependable logistics, this experience was disappointing. I hope Emile Express improves their customer service responsiveness and transparency.

Just purchased the Air Cushion Sneakers…

Just purchased the Air Cushion Sneakers and these Idiots kept showing me the package was on it’s way but it took forever, after over asking them, they changed the status to Delivered but I never received the package.Needed the shoes for my birthday.

Steer clear at all costs

Delivered to the wrong address, customer service does not get back to you. I did not voluntarily use this company as I placed an order from cherries and they used this courier service. If I could give zero stars I would. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company in order to get a refund for the goods that never arrived.. judging by the rest of the reviews, this company should be reported for fraud and shut down.

Customer service is ZERO. Attempt delivery at 1AM.

Customer service is ZERO.
They don't care what you say or write.

First attempt was at 00:33AM and they rang aggressively and woke up the babies. Then we got notice of undeliverable. They tried to rang at neighbours of my condo, they were not happy to be waken up.

Next day they never come but said it was undeliverable.

Nothing then. No customer service.

Absolute Scum

Just, garbage. My package cleared customs at YVR on the morning of December 20. They neglected to pick it up until the evening of December 26, making passive-voice excuses like "it has not arrived in our warehouse", when it is their people who are supposed to do that! Finally, the package went "out for delivery" yesterday. Nobody showed. It is now 1 p.m. the next day. Their customer support is the worst I've experienced in this area. The phone number constantly says "this number is not taking calls at this time". It takes over 24 hours to get a response in their text chat box. I gave them detailed delivery instructions to attach to the shipment over chat. Two days later they acknowledged that they added my phone number---just that and nothing else!

Delivered an empty package. Bottom side was opened and all items were removed, but they only took pics of the top of the package to save their own ass.

Scam company

Scam company. They have been claiming delivery attempts but they don't even show up to my building(I have plenty of cameras). They just text you and say they made the attempt. They don't even have my tracking number in THEIR system. Genuine thieves.

Just close this company its sh*t

Just close this company its sh*t, they have zero customer service, my order was going from montrealbto toronto and from Toronto to Montreal 3 times, also the order was out for delivery and back to warehouse and out for delivery and to warehouse again wtf , still waiting for this order not delivered yet.
