AWFUL customer service and so rude!!

AWFUL customer service and so rude!!! I ordered a fan which arrived in a battered up box clearly from china and when it arrived broken I was told ‘it was fine when we sent it’ so no refund received. Wrong lashes sent and was made to send them back before receiving the correct items. So so rude and unprofessional.

Shocking customer service!

Shocking customer service!!
Ordered lashes and paid £7.50 for next working day delivery, arrived 1 week late and wrong lashes sent!! Emailed them to raise this concern,no reply and i was advised that they hadn't received my emails i screenshotted these and sent them back to her to prove the emails were sent, they replied to ask me for pay pal details but i don't have this so advised if i could send the bank details on for refund ( this was sent on 1st august) emailed to chase it up on 25/08/2025 as it was going on since 10/07/2025 to which emma replied with "we are closed as its a national bank holiday" didn't realise they close for a whole month for 1 bank holiday haha, emailed to confirm that the refund will be issued and her reply was "yeah now we back open" so i replied saying " Fab, apologies didn't realise you've been shut since 1st august" received a laughing face back off emma !
Love how they find it so funny that they clearly lack customer service , i also advised them im more than happy to send the wrong lashes back!
Absolutely disgusting customer service!
Clearly has no bothers about her companies reputation.

TERRIBLE COMPANY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE

Been using this brand for over a year now and today was the first time I realised their customer service was absolutely SHOCKING !!!!!!!

Waited a week for my delviery even paying more so I would get it in a good time frame (which didn’t help)

Contacted them by email and instagram and got the rudest response on insta (none on email) to then be blocked when expressing my frustration on the lash consistency n delivery issue

Zero communication, never received my order!

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
I’ve ordered lashes from this company couple weeks ago, still haven’t received my order so I emailed them several times asking for an update but they never got back to me.
I’m now out of pocket now for an order which never arrived.
Horrible company!

Faulty item, bad experience

Ordered a moon light from the company. Looked amazing and didn’t mind paying a bit more for quality and paying more to support a smaller business. The item was difficult to assemble, but after inspection it turns out it arrived faulty. These things happen so no biggie! Asked the business for guidance and was made to feel silly. Found the correspondence with the company unprofessional , but emails and messages can be interpreted wrong so offered to have a call to discuss resolving the issue so we could hear each others tone as I understand I completely could of misread and interpreted the companies manner. All I wanted was the returns postage refunded, as the item was faulty and it was not my fault it was broken. So I’m out of pocket for a faulty item which was not my fault. I found the correspondence to be quite cold and hostile, and felt the issue wasn’t being resolved and felt we were getting nowhere. Such a shame as wanted to give my money to a small business and support them rather than a bigger one. As a business owner having a fault picked at your business can feel personal and upsetting and an attack, but I 100% would have been a returning customer and awaited a new lamp/part if my issue had been dealt with with more sympathy and professionalism.
