I have had an amazing experience with Emerge since joining. There was a slight delay in shipping due to the FDA shortage list fiasco. But Emerge quickly switched pharmacies and I received my order quicker than expected. I have had amazing results with the meds from Empower pharmacy. I moved to Emerge from a local med spa due to the pricing. I am so glad I made the switch.

Started here on Tirzepitide injections after bad experience elsehere with oral/sublingual form (NO effect! but paid $500--I still have the pils, just stopped). Hallendale is a First class pharmacy, so impressed with how it arrived, cold, easy to understand directions, and now I can understand what it means when they say "no food noise!" It worked within couple hours. I finally know this can work, very happy and excited to have found Emerge.

Let me set the story here. I switched to Emerge from another company I want to call “fly by night industries” that sent me a hot half a vial of medicine a month after it was ordered but only after arguing with me about it. Totally sketchy company. I ordered 2.5 first month and they charged me for another month without shipping anything. I asked to pause and they only did a partial refund because they said there were two 5mg doses in the vial. I guess they really don't carry 2.5 so they ship 5mg 4 doses and when you cancel they want money for the extra they shipped. They don't make this clear so now I'm fighting to get my money back. Just stay away

Customer service repeatedly talked down to me and wouldn’t answer my questions, basically stringing me along hoping I wouldn’t cancel my subscription.

They advised me to dose half my prescribed amount every 5 days instead of seven because the medication wears off. I decided to keep the 7 day schedule. When it wore off early, I decided to take my next dose early, at the 5 day mark then ask them if I could raise the dose/what to do going forward. They said they never advised me to dose every 5 days and said they couldn’t accommodate that, as it could result in severe side effects. I said I didn’t plan to continue doing that, that’s why I contacted them, and that they should have been clearer about DIYing doses if it was an issue.

They also don’t ask for ID, no actual consultation is offered, face to face or virtual. Overall sketchy as hell, wouldn’t recommend.

Tirzepatide is really amazing and the compound Emerge offers does exactly what it is supposed to. But what really made them stand apart to me is the ease of ordering and the outstanding customer service. I had experienced no side effects on the loading dose and started the 5 mg dose a week too soon. Therefore I was about to run out a few days early. I was able to contact a real person through text, they responded immediately and went above and beyond. They made me feel understood and appreciated as a customer, I was simply blown away by the personal service they provided. I started the program with a lot of anxiety, I'm now down 25 pounds in a month and have every confidence that any issues I may have will be heard and addressed. Prior to Emerge I was using another company. They were fine by way of credibility / legitimacy; however, they were overpriced, over-inundated, required membership “benefits” that accrued extra fees, etc. It wasn’t my path and I was discouraged.

I’ve been a patient of Emerge Weight Loss for the past two months and find the program extremely useful in my busy life.
