VERY substandard service!

During a visit to NYC from London a temporary crown came off and I was quoted $350 to re-fix it. After spending less than 4 minutes "working" on my mouth I was told the VERY strong cement would be very hard for my dentist to remove it whenever they have to remove it to fix the permanent crown.
When paying the bill suddenly went up to $400. A few days later I swallowed the crown in my sleep and had to curtail a holiday that cost me over £900 AND buy myself an urgent return ticket home costing me an extra £392.
I asked them to refund me and I am yet to be refunded.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!!
