AVOID THIS COMPANY
One star is one too many! Terrible company. They do not actually do the work but charge you anyway!
We booked them and clearly explained the work entailed, we were advised the person attending has the parts in their van and will be able to do the work there and then. They took card details to secure the booking but advised no payment would be taken until after work completed. Person attended just under 2 hours late, with no equipment and no intention to do the work. We were still charged £110 (hourly rate) even though he literally came for 2 minutes and said he’d need to come back next week to do the work which would be chargeable again.
Company is linked to Central London Plumbers (this is who took the payment) central-london-plumbers have a multitude of reviews claiming they are a fraudulent company (along with a bunch of clearly fake reviews). Do not use this company!!
