They are terrible

They are terrible! They took over Aprima and it is now going to pot. They moved the RCM portion of the program to India where completely untrained personnel are doing the billing and coding. We jumped ship because of the amount of money we were losing.
They DO NOT understand billing and coding and I beg anyone NOT TO USE THEM for this!
I shudder to think what is going to happen to the EHR side of things in the coming months. We already dropped them for RCM, we may end up doing the same for EHR.

Bored is the Word that Comes to Mind.

The top management seems not too interested in acquiring new clients. They seemed bored during the meetings I had with them. It seems they have all the work they can handle and aren't looking for new clients.
