Great coat if you're not tall with hips
The coat is well-made, warm, has long sleeves, and offers great protection from the elements. In that regard, it gets 5/5 starts from me.
The problem is that it's clearly not made for someone who is tall, thin, but with hips. Due to the unisex cut, it is very loose around the shoulders/chest and then tightens around the waist/legs.
That wouldn't be a problem if I was shorter (well, the chest would still be a bit weird), as measurement information is given on the website. However, I had to send my first coat back (size XXS) despite technically the right measurements, because I couldn't close the last two buttons - my hips are "too low" and thus where the coat already tightens for the legs.
I returned the coat for one a size up (customer service gets a 3/5, it was a bit of a mess and the return took 2 weeks, but in the end I got the replacement I wanted).
I can now close all the buttons, but it still fits *really* snugly around my hips, which shouldn't happen as the sizing chart says XS is 96-100 cm around the hips, and my hips measure 95 cm (which has worked for other pieces of clothing, so I know I measured correctly).
So if you're taller than the average Irish person (I am 175cm/5'9") and have considerable hips, these coats will probably not fit great.
I'm still keeping mine because I like the overall quality and value function over not looking a bit awkward.
