Really helpful. As a single person, who is also a freelancer, trying to buy my own flat was slightly tricky. Several previous mortgage advisors were not able to help me, but Kevin found me a mortgage and was so supportive during the whole process. He also put me in touch with a brilliant solicitor. I would highly recommend.

Kevin was with us all the way through the process and it was easy to follow as everything we didn’t understand kevin was there to provide a simple explanation. This made the process easier and couldn’t have asked for a better advisor.

Went through a turbulent few months due to COVID in the rental sector and decided it was time to own our own home. Deals were pulled by mortgage lenders yet Kevin stuck with us and managed to secure a deal for us with Barclays even though we aren't the most credit worthy. We certainly thought it was game over for us as we are in our 40s with no support. We owe everything to this man.
