I was approached by a member of staff who asked if they could help. Indeed - they had neither the size or colour in the jacket I was looking at. I would have left the shop if I had not been approached. My size and colour ordered from another store, arrived promptly, communication excellent, no obligation to buy it. When I went back to purchase another staff member equally helpful and well informed of Patagonia’s recycling ethos and lifetime mending pledge.

Although I love outdoor shops I was dreading looking for hiking boots and trying to find something that fitted.
I was immediately reassured when the first thing James my sales assistant did was measure my feet and listen to what I was looking for and the performance required by the boots.
It turned into a very stress free experience and from the large selection of boots available James was able to select the most suitable ones for me to try on.
I can now report that I am delighted with the fit and comfort of my newly purchased boots and would have no hesitation in recommending Ellis Brigham at Braehead in Glasgow.

We visited the store in Chester for a double ski boot fitting. We were served by Jenny who was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. We didn’t feel rushed at all, she really took her time to ensure we were happy with the boots we purchased and their fit. She is a real credit to the company and we would highly recommend. We were 100% satisfied and have the reassurance that any further adjustments will never be too much hassle. Thank you so much!

I don’t usually do reviews but I have to given the service given by a lovely guy called Tom, my husband is struggling with his feet and he took time to help us find the perfect shoe. He helped us with everything with no high pressure sales at all, we even said we were also going to look elsewhere and he just recommended the right shoes, because of him we ended up returning and making a purchase….thanks again Tom! We ended up having a great day because my husband was able to walk with less pain!

We visited the Meadowhall store today around 8.30pm. The young lady, we didn’t catch her name, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help our teenage daughter choose a school coat in the correct size. She gave us lots of other information related to warranty and repairs on another jacket we own with a broken zip. Can we please just say thank you 🫶🏻 Customer service doesn’t get much better!

I was really pleased with my ski boot fitting. Very attentive service, lots of advice as well as being highly professional and friendly. Highly knowledgeable staff and plenty of choice of quality brands of boot.

We had a ski boot fitting with Harry today and he was really helpful with making sure we had the perfect shoe. He was really knowledgeable and made the experience really enjoyable. We also spoke to Tom when looking to buy a helmet who was also super friendly and happy to help. It was a really smooth process and we would definitely recommend.

Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I explained to him the problem I run into with boots and he immediately knew which boots I should try. He gave really good advice when deciding between sizes and I’ve ended up with the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. He was really patient I didn’t feel rushed making a decision, couldn’t be happier with my experience 10/10.

What great service from Ben at the Covent Garden shop. Dropped in to see about a new HS for winter hills and Ben couldn't have been more attentive and helpful - and I was being very picky! Helped me try at least 10 different jackets, and even went off to find my exact mid layer and rucksack to try on with the HS to make sure everything was absolutely right. Superb! And the price match to a competitor at the end was just the icing on the cake. Will definitely be shopping here again. Knowledgeable service and quality attention like this is so rare these days.

I don't know the name of the person who helped me today, but they were very helpful and efficient. I needed a specific jacket, and they clearly explained all the features in line with my needs. (they had shaved head with nose piercing)

I needed a ski boot fitting as I’ve wide feet and was recommended to try here. Flynn did a boot fitting for me and was thorough, patient and attentive. He communicated effectively the decisions that were being made. I’ve now got a pair that I’m confident will be pain free. The boot prices are slightly higher than some places but by the time you account for a free 2 hour fitting and follow on warranties it’s decent value and peace of mind.
