More importantly great after service in getting my Ski boots and custom Sole inserts re adjusted by the very friendly and efficient staff.

Just purchased a pair of K2 Ski boots for my son at the Xscape Castleford store, from the moment we arrived we had the best experience due to Josh, he was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable young man, he wouldn't let us leave without knowing that the boots fit correctly and felt comfortable. Thank you Josh for an excellent job well done

reserved a petzl harness in at paul’s then saw covent garden store had lanyard as well; several staff super helpful and friendly and swapped out blue for red harness; price as good as online - deffo will shop again

Sent me a used item, which I sent back for a refund. I was then told to re-order and that they'll make sure I get a brand new one from the warehouse, as they've gone down to check and it's in stock. This was a complete lie!

Two days after re-ordering, I called and was told my order is being 'sourced'. Why lie?

Made an appointment with Ellis Brigham, Bristol for updating snow boarding gear with Ollie. Great knowledge and advice on all aspect of the equipment. He brought out numerous boots for us to try and it wasn't rushed. Even offered to help carry the gear to the van on the downs!!
We will be back and would recommend them!

North Face is a part of this company and when I was rebuilding my clothes in my walking wardrobe, what I couldn’t get from North Face I got them from these and all the money I spent on updating my clothes. If I had gone to any other company it would’ve been a total waste of money. and if you buy anything from
Ellis Brigham Monutaiin Sports and you’re willing to pay an extra £10 to have it delivered the next day the option is there so anyone who is planning to do the same take my advice and shop with these guys and you will have people saying to you when you’re wearing their products wow you look good because that’s The feedback. I’m getting when I’m wearing my new clothes and it just took me two years to complete and the staff at the Sheffield branch in Meadowhall have made it a pleasant experience they got to know what I liked and what I didn’t like and when I asked for something me with the things they suggested and I always purchased them what they picked
 because they always looked fantastic I am 67 now and I know I’m not going to have to buy anymore new clothes for the rest of my life. I had never ever heard of North Face till they came to Sheffield. I thought it was a new company but it isn’t Meadowhall opened 
Opened on the 1st of September 1990 they wasn’t in there then but when they arrived, something said to me going into that shop and that’s what I’ve done since it’s arrival and I’ve still got things that I bought when they first opened and they still look brand-new 

My parcel was returned early by the courier service before I could get them. Kristina from the customer service helped track the return and redispatched it for me. Customer service was excellent and response was quick.

I had a great boot fitting experience with Ben. He listened to my needs, and gave me a bunch of boots to try multiple times to make sure we got the best one to proceed to moulding. The process took around 2 hours, but it didn't feel that long, because a lot happened, and the boot fitting process was very thorough to make sure the fit was perfect. I would definitely recommend Ben, and Ellis Brigham for their boot fitting specialists.

I tried to purchase a product during Black Friday. Unfortunately due to an error on their website, the advertised price against the product would not load at check out. EB wouldn’t honour the price they advertised, despite my providing a screenshot. Disappointing.

I booked an appointment for a new ski boot fitting at the Ellis Brigham shop in Xscape Castleford & had to cancel at the last minute due to ordering some online. When these arrived & fitted well 'out of the box' I phoned to explain & re-booked to have these fine-tuned & footbeds fitted.

When I arrived they couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Ollie gave my new boots (purchased elsewhere) a comprehensive going over prior to conducting a thorough analysis of my feet followed by precise professional footbed moulding, shell grinding & heat moulding of the liners - all at a very reasonable price. Best fitting ski-boots in over 30 years of ski-ing! Highly recommended.
