We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Unfortunately, an issue did arise with the vehicle after it had left our premises. As vehicles are mechanical items, unforeseen faults can occasionally occur despite our pre-hire checks. When you contacted us, we stayed open beyond our normal closing time to ensure the van could be changed over, and our team remained on site until around 7:00pm to help transfer your stock into the replacement vehicle so that you could continue with your work with as little disruption as possible.
When the vehicle was returned, we also applied a discount to your hire and refunded this as a gesture of goodwill.
We appreciate that the situation was frustrating, but we feel we did everything we reasonably could to resolve the issue quickly and minimise the impact on your day.

Accommodated me last minute for a car on Sunday afternoon, shortly before closing. Allowed me to extend over the phone.
Returned car, today deposit returned straight away. staff all professional, polite and efficient. Feel like you are dealing with a family not a business.
