Everything about this company I have found to be exceptional. My watch was a gift and has only ever been off my wrist to send away for a new battery and pressure test x2. Email to confirm it had arrived (always a concern with post, these days) email to confirm the work had been done and delivered perfectly on time. I have purchased another watch for my son's Xmas present so pleased I have been with mine which has never lost a second. Thank you Elliot Brown.

Bought another strap in addition to the Black Ballistic one I'd just received. Very high quality and neatly packaged. This gives me 3 options of Straps for my Holton A10. Model of strap was the STR N01 in Olive Green. Admittedly not cheap but you really can feel the quality.

As a long term happy owner of one of their watches I was surprised by a decal coming away from the dial. Although out of official warranty this was an issue they also felt was not right and they fixed it for free. The customer service I have received over the years with this company has been exemplary and I appreciate it when companies stand by their products. 1st class.

Only posted my watch last Thursday 5th June for a new battery & pressure test, came back this morning 9th June in a lovely travel pouch!!

I made a silly mistake with my Elliot Brown watch while travelling abroad, changing the time and forgetting to screw the crown back in properly before jumping in the shower. Entirely my fault.

I sent the watch back to Elliot Brown, and I have to say the service from Maia was absolutely first class. Not only was the watch repaired free of charge, but it was returned with the kind of personal, understanding service that feels incredibly rare these days, with the simple message that “we’re all allowed a mistake.”

That level of customer care says everything about the brand. No arguments, no hidden charges, just honest, exceptional service and a genuine desire to look after their customers.

Enquiry message sent twice using different platforms 7 days ago. Still waiting for a response. A lack of response doesn’t give me confidence to spend £1000.

I bought a watch from EB recently after a discontinued model was found for me in their store. When the watch arrived the bezel action was poor (significant backplay) and the bezel was also misaligned. I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund me for the watch provided I pay £11.45 for Royal Mail Special Delivery to return it. When I questioned whether this would be refunded due to me returning the watch due to a defect I was told it was my responsibility to return it to them and they would only refund me for the price I had paid for the watch. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is due to previously owning a good quality watch from them otherwise one star would be appropriate based on my recent experience.

Brilliant experience. I came across Elliot Brown and loved the story behind them. I bought a Holton Professional GMT Automatic, in the NIVO colour, given its historical links. The watch is robust, well made and perfect for everyday wear. The company were excellent, great communication and community. Highly recommended.

Sent my Limited edition Holton back to EB on Monday. Returned to me repaired on Friday at a very reasonable price. Well done Elliot Brown watches. One chuffed customer

Bought a Canford watch 2 years ago with a leather strap. I fancied a metal bracelet strap and ordered one direct from Elliot Brown. Collected from the office and they fitted the new strap and adjusted it for size.
Absolutely amazing service and the new metal strap looks awesome with watch.

I'm not really one for writing reviews but on this occassion, I felt compelled to.
I've now had my Holton Professional (HP) watch for just over three weeks and where do I start?
As it's a 'Reorg' limited edition I knew there was a wait between the order books closing (early June) and delivery, so I was fine with that and it was good to receive periodic updates from Elliot Brown.
The fact that the Holton Professional (HP) been made in conjuction with, and for, a Specialist unit of the British Navy means that Elliot Brown have delivered an absolutely top quality tool watch.

I've read other reviews on the HP and it's difficult to contradict them.
As has been said, photos just don't convey how good the watch looks.
The build quality is great, the casing is nice and solid and the watch also has a reassuring weight to it.
The Super Luminova is crystal clear and the rubber strap is a nice fit and sturdy.
It feels like it'll stand up to any knocks.
Whilst my HP will unlikely to be going any deeper than a swimming pool it's good to know that it can and I'd feel far more confident wearing it in that environment than some other, more expensive, brands that I have.

It's already become my favourite watch (over more expensive brands) and I'll certainly be buying more Elliot Brown watches in future.

I cannot recommend the HP and Elliot Brown highly enough.

Took watch in person to EB so I could get a battery changed on my Arne. Done and pressure tested within 10 minutes.

Also had EB remove a scratch on the case of my Bloxworth whilst I waited. Now good as new again.

The whole team were very friendly and they give out a great vibe.

Have a large collection of Rolex, Omega and Tag watches so reviewing my new EB triple chronograph on this basis. Watch quality is fantastic, lovely casting & machine work on case, winder and buttons. Face and glass are very high quality and extremely durable compared to my other brands which mark/scratche easily. A weighty watch with a well balanced strap makes for a very pleasant wear. A very eye catching every day do anything watch! Absolutely fantastic!

good build on watch but using NH34 (£25 movement) in a £800 watch is a scandal. I would have expected better.
Bought Tag instead for same price with thier own movement.
Sorry EB is a glorified chinese made watch. I say this because many companies like Pagani, Corguet and Parnis us similar cases, some using 904L steel for under £250 ...

I've been looking at an EB Holton 001 for a little while now (my son has one and loves it), I like the military link, the clean bold look and the tough reputation. The Veterans discount was a very pleasant surprise too, and easy to get processed, so I ordered one. Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was quick and the watch arrived pretty well packed. If I'm going to be picky, and I am, it's a shame the outer cardboard box was damaged as it's not very thick card and was placed in a plastic postal bag, therefore some transit crushing, but the inner watch box was fine, a strong well designed box with a useful tool included.
The watch is chunky, but looks totally right, and very striking, easy to read day or night due to the excellent lume, the date window is slightly small, but well readable. The watch as well as looking great is well made, solid and quite heavy, though (perhaps a little surprisingly due to weight and size) very comfy to wear. The military strap is an acquired taste, quite bulky but comfy and secure, I may get a second 'slim' strap. The bezel is 120 click, and is a little sharpe, it might well eat tight long sleeve shirt cuffs! All in all I love it. I got my wife a bright yellow Kimmeridge as well, which is also great looking and just as comfy (she tells me) and very well made. Both very pleased 😁 very highly recommended. My sons Holton has had a few bashes it's worth mentioning, and shows no sign of it.

Disappointed. Bought watch and less than 3 months in stopped working. Sent it back and received a dispatch note back stating replacement of quartz movement. No communication or explanation as to what went wrong. Sent an enquiry for an explanation still no response.

Amazing, amazing, amazing

Called in at the boat yard to take a look unannounced and was met by Helen who took me to the storeroom to show me what watches they have for sale. The choice was endless

After seeing 2 watches I was interested Helen’s suggested looking in the club house to see the 50% off watches(display,press loan out model)and they had the watch I wanted!!!

Bought the watch and received a few nice goodies from Helen and smiles all around

Great Service

I've just had my poorly CANFORD Mountain Rescue Edition watch repaired by EB in Poole.

Their service & attention was fantastic, with regular emails keeping me up to date. They also replaced watch strap and battery as a free courtesy

Will buy from Elliot Brown again.

Superbly realised rock solid and visually exciting British watches. Purchased one limited release Holton Auto from them in person, and obtained five other models via secondary and reseller sources. All are fantastic! Beachmaster NIVO is a masterpiece. Bloxworth is striking and simple. Canford is dressier yet still fully performance and “tool” oriented.

I’ve managed to get a couple of “event” limited editions, both of which are incredibly good value for money, and are real-world proven in the events that they represent.

I’ve had a couple of impromptu visits to their “Cabin” in Poole and the people have been warm, funny, friendly, and really into watches in general. Always felt welcome. I really recommend a stop in if you get the chance.

I took the chance to visit their beautiful little harbour front HQ. Had a lovely cup of tea and a chat through the various watches - I was a bit annoying and asked to see a few watches on different straps.

In the end I didn't want anything that looked too tactical so came away with a Bloxworth on a leather strap. It's finished to a good standard and feels robust, although I'm yet to really test it. If i had to criticise it I'd point out that because the bezel is really designed for ease of use, it turns slightly more easily than I'd like, and does have a very slight but perceptible 'wiggle'. However, given that this is a £400-odd quid watch from a small British brand, not a £5k Swiss dive watch, it's something I'm very happy to live with.

Overall a solid watch from a solid group of people.
