I don’t currently own an Elliker but…
I don’t currently own an Elliker product, as they don’t offer a bag that quite meets my specific needs. However, their customer service was excellent.
I reached out to ask if they had anything suitable, and they went above and beyond—sharing a series of photos in which they'd mirrored my needs, showing how their bags compared to what I was looking for. Importantly, at no point did they try to push or sell me something that wasn’t a perfect fit.
While I can’t comment on the products themselves, I can confidently say their customer service is first-rate. In my case, they were honest, helpful, and ultimately saved me from investing in something that wouldn’t have been quite right.
