Fürchterlicher Kundenservice

Fürchterlicher Kundenservice! Wir haben Ohrringe am FOLGETAG des Kaufes retournieren müssen, da sie aufgrund der Qualität nicht gepasst haben - der Verschluss war locker. Leider konnte man das nicht kulant lösen, wie heutzutage bei anderen Juwelieren auch, und uns das Geld erstatten. Man wird an das Geschäft geknebbelt und mit einer Gutschrift weggeschickt, wodurch man gezwungen ist abermals ein schlecht verarbeitetes Produkt zu kaufen. Hauptsache im Onlineshop kann man Retouren auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsart beantragen. Absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Wer ein seriöses Schmuckgeschäft sucht, ist überall anders besser aufgehoben.
