I have never in my life seen such unprofessional work

I received it within 5 days and i am so happy with the quality!

Didn’t have an option of zero stars. Placed an order a month ago and my credit card was deducted. They confirmed receipt of my order and payment but never shipped. I contacted Elixiine support and got no reply. I assume this is a total fraud. Maybe they ship to local customers to avoid litigation but they do not ship to international customers.

Until now, y Don't receive your product. …. Y Don't anderstand ???

order not send, no average time limit when the order will be served

I ordered and paid on September 30th and I received nothing.
  I sent 2 emails and I did not get an answer. Now through Paypal I asked for the return of the money.
Bad site.

I ordered 3 bottles of c60 olive oil for almost 200€
After 2 weeks Elixine still had not shipped my purchase and had not provided me with any tracking number as promised during the purchase process
During the period of one month I tried to contact them five times via email and via their website in the section - contact us -
This company has no telephone number and is impossible to reach as the company chose to ignore all my five messages
Still today after 1 1/2 months I still have not received my purchases which normally would take six days to ship from Germany to Spain
I am extremely upset that I lost my money and even more that they treat me so rudely to simply ignore all my five messages which were very kind and polite
I am now in a process with PayPal to try to reclaim my payment
Also PayPal has informed me that they are ignoring the messages that PayPal is sending them
hopefully beginning December I will get a refund, which would mean that my money has been gone for three months and I never received any product !!
It is so sad and truly a disgrace to treat another human being in such an impolite manner without any reason Whatsoever

After one month I still have not received my parcel, despite receiving notification the parcel was shipped 3 weeks ago.

I have contacted Elixine and received no response.

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the experience and the courtesy shown to me as a customer.

I have written 10 email to this company after I bought their Elixine C60 olive oil, and sent them immediate Paypal payment. I have received no reply at all from them after two weeks and I have no idea if/when they intend to send me my product. DO NOT BUY from Elixine, stay well clear of this company. I have had a terrible experience with them and I am as yet not sure what they are doing to rectify the problem, if anything. I can update again when I hear from them. UPDATED on 23 May 2018. My product has finally arrived, but only after I opened a dispute via PayPal. That seemed to have got things moving. Yes I now have my product at last, after three weeks of chasing. The customer service has been appalling and I will not be ordering from this company again.

I have been taking the olive oil c60 for 5 days now, I was going to wait 2 or 3 weeks to write a review but I already feel it's definitely doing good. I am more energized, feel like my memory is improving too. I give it to my 80 year old father who tells me he also feels more energetic and his joint pain is gone. He also suffered from constant coughing which has virtually stopped.
Very happy with elixine c60, just put in new order...
Update. 1 month after placing, and paying for a second order of Elixine c60 and receiving confirmation of order (#1103). I am still waiting for Elixine to post my second order. I have sent many emails asking about my order, but have received no explanation, and they have shown no interest in sorting out this problem. I will email paypal to complain, and ask for a refund of the 189 euros cost of the order.
This to me is a pity because their product seems to be good.

I am still waiting for my product. Problem with my address.. have confirmed my address and asked where my order now is.. no response as of now ...have just received a reply to my email and elexine are happy to refund my money. Thank you.

I would like to mention that it would be very nice if there were marks on the pipette to mark every 0.1 ml till 1.5 (as I guess that’s about the amount per full pipette).

I did not experience any changes nor feeling differently after using the product.

I can only confirm that the ordered goods was shipped and received. This is my first purchase and try of C60, and now used it for 3 days only.

If I knew it would take this long I would have bought elsewhere.

Incredible energy boost! I feel a lot more energetic throughout the day and I recover quicker from sports.
Shipment was quick and I love the branding. 5 stars!
