As soon as we were informed of the issue, we sent a replacement free of charge and expedited the shipping to ensure you received it as quickly as possible.
While you did not opt for Easy Protection Insurance, we still went ahead and provided a replacement at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill. This was done to demonstrate our commitment to resolving the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
At no point did we place blame on you for the damage. Our mention of potential courier handling issues was to explain possible causes and not to deflect responsibility. We operate a sharps-free warehouse to ensure product safety and quality, and we strive to maintain the highest standards.

I thought when we spend money online to get free shipping and samples we would receive nice samples, not just one simple sample. But that's ok. All the supplements came in good condition and it was really cheap.

I ordered 2 x Ultra advance…
I ordered 2 x Ultra advance passionfruit at the end of June just gone and I received on the 30th June both of them with expiry Ju e 2023... I opened one and it was already discoloired and half the powder was hard.
I contacted body science direct and they replaced them.
Not good for stock rotation. It was even on my invoice the expiry date.... a bit rude if you ask me.
I love this product thought I would buy local... not a good 1st experience.

Looking into your order, you purchased these two products at a heavily discounted price, as they were close to their Best Before date. This date was clearly stated on the product listing when you selected to purchase these products. It was also stated in the product description when these products were added to your cart, in your order confirmation email, and as you stated, on the paper invoice that you received with your order.
As these products have Best Before dates, not expiry dates, they are still completely fine to consume after said date. It is a very common practice for all kinds of stores, not only ours, to heavily reduce products that are close to their Best Before date. This gives the supplier a chance to sell remaining stock, and gives the customer a chance to buy their products at a heavily discounted price.
