I understand that protein can be an acquired taste. However, your son not liking the taste of a product your purchased in December, does not mean we are obligated to provide a refund.
We follow all ACCC regulations surrounding refunds. Your complaint doesn’t fall into any categories making you eligible for a refund.
I understand you are displeased with the outcome, however if your son would like to get his hands on some samples prior to purchasing protein in the future, our stores are more than happy to oblige.

The product is great, give it a try.
The product is great, I bought the OxyShred Hardcore in the bubblegum flavour and it is yummy. But I think it's just my body makeup because about an hour after drinking my shake, I could and did on some days, go to sleep!??? So I don't know what that's about. But the product itself is great, the company are wonderful, no issues there. So over all, give it a try. My friend and her husband have lost 25kg between them in the first week of them using it so try it and enjoy life.
